Terrible customer service. They don’t really ask you what kind of oil you want but simply charge you when they’re done. Older fellow that charged me seemed to be the boss and in a terrible mood. No one made eye contact or spoke. You could feel the tension. $ 29 offer does not include the filter.
Oil change was fast though. Hence one star.
With all the shops available I don’t see the need to return here.

I have been coming here for my oil changes for years. Came back with a new car that they had to know more about than your average car. It didn’t throw them off even though it was an internal oil filter, and was hard to get to. Nice guys!

Disappointing. They had a sign out front for «$ 28 Oil Change» as their regular price, which was fine by me as I was in a hurry. I did get in and out quickly. However, I was wondering when they were going to ask me what kind of oil I would like. They didn’t. When I realized they were already pumping the oil I was too stunned to say anything (my bad). Then the clincher was when they presented me with the bill for $ 35. I said, «what about the sign outside»? He said, «oh, that doesn’t include the oil filter you needed»…which they never asked about. Service was friendly enough, but I won’t be back.
