J Crew was one of my favorite stores of all times but I will never shop here again due to the poor customer service at this location. Not only are the representatives at this location incredibly rude, they thoroughly enjoy treating customers like they are incompetent and not worth their time. The manager at this location is just like the associates and incapable of resolving issues. To make matters worse, they will tell you they have processed your return… only to find out weeks later that it was never actually processed.
If you love J. Crew and live in Omaha… shop online. It is not worth going into this store.
