L&L Vapes

I had the unfortunate opportunity to have to come into L&L Vapes. I say that only due to using the wrong juice I had laying around and it tasted bad. Like Menthol bad. I came in and got a pack of SubOhm coils to rid the taste and some kind of cherry bubble gum type of flavor.
The staff was very knowledgeable and accommodating. I got to sample some flavors and when I told them I needed to dump the current juice, they even offered to sterilize my tank to remove any lasting nasty flavor.
I do not see myself out here that often, but if I have the need, I will stop here

So I’m from Arizona and then came into the store and the employees don’t know about their products in the store and they are rude I said hello to on of the owners was there and she was rude I said hello to her and she just looked at me and when I left you said goodbye and she just looked at me I must say I will not be returning cause there are way more vape shops in Omaha then just shit l&l vapes remember customer service is everything, and they are rude. I will not spend anymore money there

I walked in L & L an e-​cig Virgin and walked out feeling like a pro. It took maybe 15 minutes for the super helpful guy to show me how the system works, help me pick the best one for me, & find the perfect flavor at their bar! It was so simple I wondered why I hadn’t done this sooner. Then, I got to pick from a bunch of colors for my bottom, top, and case. So cool! The kit comes with everything you need, plus a bottle of the oil!

I’m a new vaper and I’m so lucky that my first trip to a real vape store was at L & L Vapes! They’re awesome people and the positive energy and friendliness made my decision to totally give up smoking for vaping really easy. I recommend this store without hesitation to both old and new vapers — lots of juice flavors (my favs are Banilla & Mboro) plus the staff is pure perfection!

I was loathe to leave sunny San Diego and my Vapure e-​smoke shop for the Midwest, but duty calls where it calls. In my first 24 hours as a Nebraska denizen, I have found L&L Vapes, which meets and even surpasses what I considered to be the gold standard of e-​smoke shops.
The location is easy to find, and when I entered, I was greeted with a vast array of vaping devices. Unlike some other places I had been, L&L isn’t a depository for cheap Chinese e-​cigarettes. They mean business.
When the lady working the counter wasn’t able to answer my questions about my mod setup, she quickly found a subject matter expert who guided me to what ended up being a superior solution to my disposable atomizer setup. The tank I had tried months ago was a bust, but being able to test a new tank setup proved to be a winner.
When it came time to sample some flavors, I was guided to a bona-​fide sample lounge, where I was free to have a seat and sample all the flavors to my heart’s desire. L&L pre-​loads the flavors into tanks, so switching flavors was as simple as swapping tanks. It’s a brilliant and simple solution to extensive flavor sampling that I’m dumbfounded hasn’t been done before. Six new favorite flavors found their way onto my order, and the price for the 15ml bottles was better than reasonable. The bottle tips provide a generous flow, and are ideal for tank-​filling.
I have to reiterate the friendliness, knowledge and helpfulness of the staff. Everything about my experience exceeded my expectations, and I’m glad I’ll have «my smoke shop» for the next three years.
