Nebraska Carpet & Tile Cleaning

Super nice people… the carpet cleaning not so good. They were running a special for our neighborhood, decided to give them a shot because of their flyer, and after talking to them we felt good about giving them a chance. We decided to pay the upcharge to have additional rooms cleaned, stairs, basement, etc. I walked in after it was done, it did not smell clean, look clean or feel cleaned. Very disappointed because I was so looking forward to that super clean feeling that you get after your home has been cleaned. The only wet spots on the carpet were where a few «stains» were. Found a few spots that should have been treated but weren’t. We were under the impression that we would have the tile would be cleaned in the two bathrooms, they weren’t touched along with our walk-​in closet. The walk in closet was supposed to be done but the tile wasn’t…it was another upcharge, we understood. The gentleman came out to do the walk-​in that wasn’t done at the time of the initial visit so we decided to go ahead and have the tile done. We were told that each line of the grout would be cleaned with a brush along with the tile being cleaned with a machine. The gentleman was in and out within 20 minutes. He did not do any of the grout lines with a brush, he used his machine completely missing the corners and edges of both bathrooms. We will never use them again and definitely would not recommend to others.

I really like this company. They have cleaned the carpet and tile at our home since we moved back here in 2004. Since we have been satisfied every time with our house, we hired them to clean some filthy tile at a business we own. As I usually do, I trusted them to lock up when they were finished at my house, but this time I had them meet me at our commercial property afterward. They did exactly as I instructed, and they even left «caution» tape at my entry ways to let anyone coming home know the carpet would be damp and slippery for another hour.
The tile at our business had never been professionally cleaned, and the grout was black. I didn’t expect much difference. An hour later I came back and they were finished… WOW! It is not an exaggeration to tell you the tile and grout look brand new again. I honestly didn’t know it even was that light in color to begin with lol.
Other things we like about this place is that they only hire background checked and drug screened technicians, because they are usually alone in my home when they come here to do the cleaning. I think one of the owners is a retired police officer, and they seem to be very big on safety. They seem to get all the spots out for us without much trouble, and the organic stuff they use smells really good.
I don’t like that they make the technicians wear shirts and ties, though. It just looks uncomfortable for them. I mean, it is nice to see bright and shiny dressed up guys at my door, but it wouldn’t bother me if they wore T-​Shirts.
My son and daughter-​in-​law also started using this company after I told them about it, and they seem to be happy with the service they received as well.
