Pleasantly surprised! We had no idea what to expect. Last night we seen Hands on a Hardbody, excellent entertainment and a great atmosphere. The cast was talented and high energy. We will return!

An wonderful venue to take advantage of the community theater scene in Omaha. The 2013 production of «A Christmas Carol» was hands down outstanding. A high energy, quality production that any city in the country would be proud to call their own and it belongs to Omaha, Nebraska. I look forward to taking in future productions.

I have never been disappointed with a show at Omaha Community playhouse. The shows are just wonderful. However, it is pricey. I just do not like to pay that much for community theater.

By and large an artistic gem in Omaha or anywhere else. The staff and volunteers give everything 110% and there is just a strong spirit of creativity, intelligence and good will about the place. «A Christmas Carol» is their yearly big earner, but for my money that’s easily among the weaker and more strained offerings here. Much of what I’ve seen at OCP is on par with or better than theater I’ve seen in Los Angeles.

I’ve heard it’s the largest community playhouse in the county, don’t know if this is true, but it is a great place. Off and on over the years, we have had season tickets and enjoyed most of what we have seen. With two venues, the Mainstage Auditorium and the smaller more intimate Howard Drew Theatre, you get different types of performances. I enjoy their annual The Christmas Carol which is always top notch. The musical are usually the best in my opinion!
