As tough as it is to like a landlord, I must say my 9 months there as temporary living was very pleasant. Any repair items I asked about were fixed the next day. For a newer 1BR with the icemaker/​microwave/​washer-​dryer trifecta, the rent was reasonable. And one little item I liked – each apartment has its own furnace and water heater, so you can take a long shower regardless of whether your neighbor just took a long shower, too. All in all I think it was a nice place to live.
