Worst customer service of any place I have ever experienced. Everything is extremely overpriced and the sales people danced around hidden expenses. Everyone working there was unfriendly and unhelpful. I ended up going to California bronze where they were much more helpful and everything was reasonably priced.

I have went to this salon (3 attempts to tan) WITH my membership that is overpriced and the sales woman at front desk asks me to spell last name 5 times and it’s four letters… She had told me 3 times I do not have a membership and asks if I want to sign up? I went back to home store and it’s a relief!!! This girl needs to be trained a little better… And more energetic instead of you don’t have a membership bye!
