Used to have Papillion Sanitation, but switched to Premier after hearing so many people rave about the service at a lower cost. Service including recycle and yard waste. Never have had an issue and don’t regret switching.

Switched because they were cheaper than PapSan and same recycling, no Recycling Bank hassle. Then I had to call the office because they missed our entire block. She lectured me three times to call same day. Umm, you missed Veterans Day, I assumed you would be by the next day. She asked if it could wait a week. I pay for weekly service so if you are skipping a week, I should get a discount. When she finally agreed to come back tomorrow she again lectured me about calling same day. You driver missed my entire neighborhood and it’s my fault? And how many people can actually call same day, most are working and don’t realize it’s been missed until they get home. Totally lacking customer service.
