Best salad bar. Go for the chicken fresco if you wanna keep it healthy. Service is good as well. Recommend even though it’s a chain.

Bomb food! Sexy servers. Seriously hard to eat with all the hot beef cakes refilling ice tea and delivering ribs with extra awesome sauce.

Cleanliness 3 Service 3 Food Quality 3 Likelihood 3 1 – 5(5 Best!) 3.0 We normally go to the location in Bellevue. The four of us ate here Friday night for dinner. We were greeted promptly. Thanks! Restrooms were ok, a bit dusty/dirty and trash was full. They didn’t smell clean. Our table top was sticky. The order taker was very neutral. No smiles, no personality, no suggestive selling, no engagement. Just an order taker. She was fairly efficient, however some of our beverages did run dry more than once. She didn’t combine trips and and to prompted to remove used plates as our meals arrived, and when we were done. I feel we had to work a bit to help her do her job. The food was hot and fresh. Good job.

We were forced to eat there because all other restaurants were really busy. The food is not good-extremely bland. I don’t know how this restaurant is still in business; it hasn’t been good any of the times I have visited over the years.

The lot at nearby Olive Garden was packed, so I thought I’d risk a visit to Ruby Tuesday despite the not-so-great reviews and the empty lot. Two of the four exterior doors were locked; I let the hostess know, but the doors remained locked when I left. I went for the salad bar, which was well-stocked and well-chilled. My wife had an appetizer, which was tasty but nothing extraordinary. The service was pretty good for most of our visit, but considering that there were more waitstaff on duty than there were customers, and considering that this is one of the more expensive lunch options in the area, I would have expected the service to be fantastic. When it came time to leave, a group of staff were huddled around the bar and just stared back at us when I tried to get their attention. After about 5 minutes the bartender noticed and took care of us. I got the impression that the employees just see this as «a job» and don’t realize that if they want their employer to stay in business, they’d better make sure every customer wants to come back. The salad bar was $ 8. Most entrees are $ 12-$ 30. I’d consider coming back for the salad bar, but honestly there are numerous better options within half a mile.

For us being one of the only two occupied tables at this restaurant, the service was reasonably good. There was 5 people in our party and 3 of them ordered the salad bar. I ordered the zucchini cake minis with the salad bar and they were pretty decent. My brothers pasta in the other hand was incredibly gross. It was some Parmesan. Chicken pasta. My reason for three stars: mediocre service and terrible pasta.

Not bad, but not great. Only reason I continue to frequent this place is because of the $ 10 coupon I get in the mail.

I just had the most awful meal at Ruby Tuesday’s. I rarely go there, but every once in a while their salad bar sounds good. That’s why I went today. I was seated right away. When the waiter came over to take the drink order I promptly placed my order for the salad bar. When I walked up to the salad bar I was greatly disappointed. The iceberg lettuce was wilted, there was no spinach, and the mixed greens looked bad as well. I really like their croutons and spiral pasta salad so I figured I could make do. I moved down to where the salad used to be, and there was nothing! Who pays 8 bucks for a salad bar without any salads?! I asked the waitress what happened to the spiral pasta salad and she said«sometimes corporate changes those out.» I wasn’t buying it. For as long as Ruby Tuesday’s has been in Omaha, they have had the spiral pasta with ham and peas. Now«corporate» did away with it?! Another waitress walked up on the conversation and said they were just out of it. She’d have them make more. What they ended up presenting as the spiral pasta was gross. The pasta was undercooked and the sauce was overwhelming. This was definitely NOT the pasta salad they used to have. Seriously. I just paid 8 dollars for some croutons and water?!
