Wish I could rate this less than 1 star. The doors were unlocked and a few of us wanted to order a ton of food for the rest of our friends waiting at the hotel on Bedford. We didnt have a car handy but since the doors were unlocked we thought we could still order. The supposed «GM» kicked us out, refused to serve us and said «get the $&+#++@ out». Absolutely rude. I realize it was late, but we had cash and wanted tacos. A «GM» should recognize HIS mistake and serve customers looking to spend over $ 100. We offered to order the food and pick it up through the drive through, since it was late but the «GM» stated «don’t f$-# – @ tell me what to do». Unreal. I’d rather starve.

The food wasn’t as good as other Taco Bells I have been to, but in all my years never have I been to such a well run fast food restaurant. Service was literally perfect.

Worst place in Omaha to get food!!! Every time I come here it’s a half hour wait at least in the drive thru! There is NO reason for this wait!!! Then they don’t even act like its a big deal! I have complained enough where I think they should have fixed the problem but will nOT be back! Thank god Taco Johns is across maple! Get your crap together!!!

I tried to order a cantina bowl at about 10:45p.m. and was informed I couldn’t order it after 11p.m. I then mentioned it wasn’t 11p.m. and was told they «threw away» the ingredients. I changed my order and was given hard shell tacos instead of the soft shells that I ordered. Find a better Taco Bell.
