I should have listened to the reviews but I only came here to get my eyebrows waxed. Red flags: the application of the wax was applied and dried at the top before the strip was applied; this place is NOTCLEAN and I called the ladies out after I saw her double dip the applicator. I informed her there was no need to finish, I paid without tip and walked out. I wouldn’t advise coming here. Sanitary practices are so important.

Terrible. Took my 16 year old daughter in for acrylics. The lady put the acrylics on… then proceeded to cut them shorter than my daughter’s original nails?!? My daughter said she didn’t want them so short. The lady pretended to not hear her and asked for my credit card. I said«but she is not happy with the nails, you cut them too short, can you fix them??» The lady then proceeded to go over to my daughter, stand in her face, pointing her finger and yelling at her«You say you want short — you say you want short and round! I did short just like you say!» YELLING at her. The other people in the salon were either sitting there snickering or covering their open mouths. I, and my daughter, tried reasoning with this woman and she just kept cutting us off with«You say you want short and round — you say you want short!!!» I gave up. Left NO tip, and I will never be back. My daughter, who loves getting her nails done and never gets them short, left the salon crying not because the nails were so short, but because they lady yelled at her loudly all the while pointing her finger in my daughter’s face. By far the worst nail salon I have ever been too, Nebraska, Georgia, Iowa, Florida, or anywhere else!

terrible service! All I kept hearing«in English» 15% tip, 10% tip and then they made faces. Twice I have got manicures and both times they chipped immediately. STAYAWAY

I should’ve looked at the Unilocal reviews before I went in here. My sister and I came here out of sheer convenience and it was the first and last time. We walked in and were greeted by no one. They were busy and there were many people, but seriously we were just standing there waiting for somebody to even notice us. Finally, one of the ladies who was working on someone glanced over and asked what we wanted and told us to go pick out a nail color. We did and then we just stood there awkwardly with no one giving us any direction as to what to do next. We should’ve left then, but my sister wanted a mani for her graduation the next day and it was already too late in the day to go anywhere else. Then one of the ladies came over and directed my sister to a chair and then I was left standing there like whatthehellamisupposedtodo. Then the lady told me to grab a chair next to my sister. Won’t go into further details, but short summary… — very rude customer service — didn’t even do a nice mani job — never coming here again. — wish i could give zero stars

Horrendous. I have dead skin around my nails/cuticles after coming back from a mani/pedi… seriously? AVOIDAVOIDAVOID at all costs. Not worth the hassle and the price of being mistreated by vietnamese workers who shit talk in front of your face. Yeah I could understand you. I may not speak vietnamese but I’ve grown up around every asian culture and I could hear what you said even if it was in a thick vietnamese accent. Yeah I didn’t know that I had«shellac» but does that give you a right to talk shit about me in front of my face? HELLNO. Customer is always right. Ever heard of that? As Angel M. stated the lady got frustrated trying to get my gel nails out and did give some snooty attitude about not knowing I had them on. They mistreat their customers esp. those that ask for walk-in. Some guy doing nails in the front didn’t even bother to look up at the lady that was asking for a brow wax… like are you serious dude? Never again. Never again. My nails are already chipping(after 2 days) and my toes I needed to do another top coat. This place sucks big time. I would go far far away and never again to this crapsh*t of a business.

I totally agree with the other reviewer. This place is horrible and I will not go there again, despite their convenience of being in a mall. I usually get nails done at Japanese nail art studios. My gel nails with 3d design had stayed on for a month, but I wanted to freshen em up. The staff here talked crap about my nails because they were so hard to get off and were giving off angry vibes, being rough with my hands, acting irritated, and no doubt saying not nice things in Vietnamese, as if they were mad at me about it. Then they said that the ones I had from the prior salon were bad for my nails. I said«they’re great, they last for a month». The girl said“ours usually last a month too”. But alas, 2 days after I get them done one broke! Now it’s been a week and 3 if them are gone. Crappy product, crappy attitude, crappy service with both the hands and pedicure(water was cold for me too), they don’t deserve return customers!

Zero stars!!! Worst place I have ever been!!! After dealing with Hurricane Sandy in NYC, I was fortunate enough to make it to Omaha just in time for wedding. In desperate need of a Mani /pedi, I was thrilled that UA could accommodate me. At first glance the place looks fine, but it is deceiving: — most of the nail polishes are crusty and old, so finding a decent bottle took me a few minutes(which definitely annoyed the staff) — when getting my pedicure the water was freezing(even though I asked for it to be made warmer 2x) — the pedicurist soaked my jeans multiple times while rinsing my legs. When I asked her to be more careful she shook her head(although I do not think she understood my English) and continued rushing and soaking my pants — I called the manager over to discuss and she told me this always happens and that I should expect to leave with wet pants… and then raised her voice, yelled at me, turned her back and marched away — initially they had only desk fans set up to dry my toes and were shocked when I requested they put a black light used to dry manicures on the floor for a pedicure. After sitting there for 15 min and realizing no progress had been made, I put my shoes on. — my toes smudged — when I asked the manager if there was Anything she could do, she again yelled at me And embarrassed me in front of Her salon — I then requested a refund(since I paid for a service that was not adequately provided), she refused and continued to yell in broken English until I walked away to file a complaint with the mall’s guest services This was a surreal experience. I cannot believe businesses or people like this exist . Please do not give UA nails your business!
