I have to say Expressway Electric is a very profesional and honest company. I had a problem with my outlets and gave them a call. It was a very warm and welcoming answer, also scheduling to come out to my residents. When the Techs(Steve & Memo) got here they were very profesional great customer service trouble shooted until they found the problen. I was very happy that the techs went through and checked everything. Problem fix and in a timely maner. Good job guys. Keep up the good work!!!

I had a very good experience with this company. I had an issue with my pool panel control and took the risk(even after reading the reviews) to schedule a service. The schedule process was handled professionally. They even called for an appointment reminder the day of the appointment and the electrician was prompt. He introduced himself prior to the service and my family and I found him very presentable(in company uniform), respectful and honest. He was very knowledgeable and was able to quickly diagnose the problem. He has an excellent demeanor and went out of his way to explain the root of the problem. He even throw a few tips on how to maintain our pool. There was a challenge in finding a replacement part but he didn’t waste time in calling suppliers to enable him to get the repair done expeditiously. As for the repair cost, it was very reasonable. I wouldn’t think twice calling them again for my next electrical needs. I highly recommend that you do the same too. Should you decide to call them, please ask for«Memo». He was the electrician the company sent for the service and he is a good representative for this company.

WORST company ever! The guy who came to my house accused me of blowing out the circuit with my blow dryer and would not listen when I told him I have lived here for over two years using the same blow dryer and have never had a problem. Instead of assessing the source of the problem first, he tried to convince us we needed to increase the voltage in the house. He ended up spending over four hours pretending he was working because come to find out, all the problem ended up being was a loose wire in the bathroom. My parents(who are the homeowners) were billed $ 1,300 to reconnect the wire, so the next day, my parents called the office to complain about the ridiculous cost and were told they would be refunded $ 300(which they were), however, that very same day, the bank routing number to the checking account that was used for payment was ironically stolen and used to purchase $ 300 in personal items at a drug store. Coincidence? You decide!

I called this company because I had some exterior plugs not working in my new house. I think we were talking about maybe three or four plugs. Cost of the plugs? About $ 20.00. I admit I don’t know anything about this, but the guy was there about 1.5 hours. The total charge was $ 550.00. This means his«rate» was over $ 300 an hour. I have checked and found out this repair should have cost much less. I am willing and able to pay for reasonable help in repairing things, but this, in retrospect is ridiculous. I would suggest that others seeking electrical contractors check elsewhere. Please note that if the company involved rectifies the situation, I will amend my review.
