Jackie’s Beauty Salon

I called Jackie’s Beauty salon to find out if they cut kids hair and to make sure they clean the equipment, I was told I should go to the white people if I’m looking for that service. So I decide to visit at Jackie Beauty Salon 1034 E 4^th St Ontario, California.
The lady Patricia who cut my kids hair was the same person that told I should go to the white people for service, after she finish cutting my son hair, it was time to pay so I got out my master card ready to pay the $ 8.00 and they told it will be a $ 1.00 more for using my credit card plus the $ 1.00 tip for her. Please beware!!!

This is the worst place ever a friend went in to get her eyebrows tattoo they got infected cuz of the cheap products that they used and it’s been 5 months and had not gotten better please don’t used this place for anything if u fear for ur beauty and ur health

I’ve trusted Patricia Acosta with mine and my 5 year olds haircuts over many years. I highly suggest you asking for her. She also has great prices.

I had an appointment to get my hair colored and the girl was late, that was unprofessional but I decided to wait because I had tried other stylist there and they never did my hair the way I wanted. So after I explained what I wanted she said she could it but all she did was lightened my roots I told her I wanted color all over my hair and she kept saying no that she told me she was just going to lighten my roots, i guess she was lazy and didn’t want to finish so I left the salon with just my roots done and the rest of my hair a different color. The girl was adamant that she told she was going to just going to lighten my roots, really I would not have paid 70 $ to do my roots, this place is a rip off. I’m going to go to Monica she was the only one there that actually listened to her clients and I can’t believe they let her go. I gave this place many chances but no more I will not ever come back not even to give my kids a haircut.

The most HORRIBLE haircut EVER!!! I could’ve cut my own hair better than what she did. I specifically told her to ONLY trim an inch of my ends & she cut sooo much of it off & it was uneven I wanted to die! It looked hideous! I’m so mad at myself for letting her touch my hair! It’s true, you get what you pay for! Never again.

I love this place very reasonable prices I go with liana she is great she gets my hair just the way I want it. Can’t beat 10 bucks for a haircut and a wash..

The girls are very experienced and the prices are great.

I love this Salon, they do formal hairstyle too! Plus they do nails, mani’s and pedi’s, they are super friendly and I always refer them to others.

I have gone here for the past year, and i adore it. I normally go with Gloria for color and highlights. She does and amazing job and never says no to what i want. Always makes the time to take me in and listen to what i want done. I will continue getting my hair done with her. They also have great prices which comes in handy with this economy. If you go in call ahead of time because they are always busy & you will have to wait.
