ordered pizza online for national pizza day and got my order within the time they estimated had their sriracha chicken pizza but it was spicier that I thought which I liked but my lips were on fire walked in and my name was on the screen and had the time when it should be ready paid for the pizza and was easy and simple process always make sure to look for online deals and i usually go in for pickup so I can save the delivery fee

This place is great. I order a two pizza thru the app got here a little early but they made my order great also made it well done how I asked. Workers here are super nice. Only bad part was they didn’t have cheese or crush red peppers. Oh well maybe next time!

iseral shift mnager needs to be more professional when speaking to customers needs to be clear and to the point, my wife ask me to stop and pick up an order that this location messed up, instead of being apologetic i was met with rudeness from the cashier mitia which started out wtith her talking down to me, then when i ask for a manger she started dressing me down in front of other customers and isereal stood by and let tear me a good one, i told her i did not want her to talk to any more because this problem is above her pay rate and i now only talk to a member of management that just set her off she just got worst and her manager on duty never say stop! hold up i just came to get pizza… is this the way you treat your customers at pizza hut, mind i was upset and i conducted my self properly all i ask for was a district manager/store manage number

I don’t always order Pizza Hut, but when I do, it’s because I only have about $ 12.00 on me and they are running a $ 9.99/$ 10.00 special. So it’s SUNDAY night around 8:00 p.m. and I call in for delivery. The young woman answering the phone warns me that, for delivery, there will be an hour and a half wait time, because their drivers are all out on deliveries. Ummmmm… Ok, I told her I’d pick up the order then. I place my order and I’m told my pizzas SHOULD be ready in 15 – 20 minutes. I arrive exactly 18 minutes after I placed the order, and the young woman asks me, «Are you sure you placed your order at this Pizza Hut?». Before I could break my dumbfounded gaze at her, she says, «Oh, here it is. One minute». That minute, turned into FIFTEENMOREMINUTES!!! As I sat down on the businesses only seat; a small bench, I witnessed two younger guys engage in a game of, what my high school gym teacher always referred to as «grab-ass». After watching them act like fools and chuckle irritatingly, one mentions that he’d be right back, as he had a delivery. Then, it hits me… didn’t they say BOTH the drivers were out on deliveries so I’d have to wait an hour and a half… me…wait an hour and a half while this guy is fooling around instead of delivering??? Whatever. So the young woman finally calls out my name(as if there was any other idiot sitting, waiting an additional 15 minutes for their order inside) and she shows me the pizzas. They’re average; as expected. I ask for some parmesan and crushed red pepper to which I’m told they«just ran out»…of…course. The pizza was about as average as always and the service needs a LOT of work. The other Pizza Hut in the area(up on Foothill) isn’t much better, so if you live in the Upland area… good luck ordering from Pizza Hut.

DON’T WASTEYOURMONEYHERE!!! SEEOTHERREVIEWS. I filed a complaint 11÷3÷2014 with the cooperate office. I will provide an up date on the complaint. I also called the Ontario police department regarding the dispute. This location is operated by an unprofessional group of individuals. The manager Jose should not represent this company with his lack of customer service skills and his racial and gender discrimination against customers. This was the feeling my boyfriend and other friend who were witnesses felt after the situation. I called in an order for two pizzas, one with four toppings of choice the other a specialty pizza honey bbq from their menu. The first call took nearly nine minutes with two interruptions lasting a minute plus each. The operator did not officially confirm the order although I repeated it many times. So we called back to reorder, that took 3 minutes of repetition too, still the order was taken wrong(3 adult witnesses heard the same thing). When I arrived, I noticed that there were two orders on the board. I brought it to the manager’s attention immediately. He was not very friendly and insisted it was our phone connection that was the issue; I showed him that the ingredients on the order receipts were essentially the same after showing him proof. I only paid for one order. I checked the pizzas and can visible see that the 4 topping pizza was wrong there was bbq sauce on the pizza. I let the employee know and she insisted it was right. I called my boyfriend to confirm. I let her know that she was wrong and to please remake the pizza. I took the other pizza home since my children were waiting to eat and I went back to pick up the other pizza. As I waited for the other pizza I read the order receipt and realized that the order for the second pizza didn’t add up. This was my first time order the honey bbq so I didn’t recognize and error when the pizza was presented to me before leaving. When the corrected pizza was brought to me by a different employee, the one who made the pizzas, I asked her what comes on the honey bbq and if the one on my receipt is the same as that pizza. She said that they were not the same pizzas. The employees explained my concern to the manager and they went back and forth about the pizzas with the employee ultimately saying that the pizzas are not the same because she made them, thank you someone with some common sense. When the manager finally talked to me again he wanted to argue nonsensical point, the price is different, the size is different etc… I finally said those things are not the issue, the order was wrong. He didn’t want to offer any solution. I was done with the back and forth with these stupid people, so I asked for a refund for the pizza. I waited 15 minutes for the first one which they corrected I wasn’t going to wait another 15 minutes for them to correct the second one. I just wanted my money back. The manager agreed to the refund. He gave me the receipt and I grab the pizza box and was ready to leave. The manager stopped me and said I didn’t pay for the pizza that they corrected. I said yes I did I have the receipt. I proceed to walk out of the door and a tug of war issued with the pizza, ridiculous, really over pizza! As soon as I got in my car the manager was lurking at the door. I returned to the store with my boyfriend and the manager’s domineer behavior had changed completely. I let him know that I wanted to clarify the transaction and if there is an issue I will personally call the police and let them end the dispute because I do not want to be accuse to taking something with out paying. I tried again to talk to the incompetent manager and he again could not explain himself insisting that I took the pizzas and I didn’t pay. He had the other incompetent employees bare witness to his stupidity, what a joke. I let him know that he needs a lesson in customer service skills and I will file a complaint. All of the employees need help with customer service skills.

worst place ever, I ordered a pasta from these guys, and they don’t send a spoon. when I ask the delivery guy he tells me that they don’t give spoons or forks. So I call in and the manager says sorry sir we don’t give out any spoons or forks and I say how do you expect me to eat a pasta with no fork do you want me to you use my hand. And the manager tell me it not his problem. WTFNOSPOONORFORKFOR A PASTAWHATTHEHELLISUPWITHTHESEPEOPLE!!! never ordering pizza hut ever again

I don’t understand why people say this Pizza Hut is so bad. The area near it is ghetto as a mother, but the employees are extremely genuine and kind. They helped me with my order with the upmost generosity, and really hustled from what I saw. Keep it up!

Stupid staff, unorganized, and always seem to be out of something when I visit. Yes the Pizza is good but be prepared for shotty service and inaccurate wait times from the staff.
