Susan and the girls are amazing! I have never had a bad experience here. My roommate and I have been coming here for more than 3 years and no complaints! Give them a try they are clean and friendly. it is a great get away from the fast pace of life. Time stops in Susan’s salon!

They are really good. She took me in at last minute. Saved my day. Nice people and very professional. The place is clean and relaxing. I found my spa!

The ladies that work here are very friendly but I don’t recommend it. I came for a gel mani and pedi. The gel mani started chipping right away and within a week they were all chipped so I just peeled them off myself, easily. The pedicure was done well and lasted longer, but there was only one lady available so there was a wait.

I will never come back here again! Took a whole hour for this lady to do my nails there! And when she was gluing my acrylic nails they kept lifting up they weren’t sticking n when I showed her she just threw a whole bunch of glue on my nail n it was dripping all over. Then when she was painting my nails I seen that she had missed a spot on the side of my thumb n I told her she missed a spot n she ignored me and went on to pain the next hand then she came back to it after she was done. And she charged me 18 dollars for full set instead of 17 because she said I got long nails. They were really short tho and she took a long time to cut them n make them look all even. Overall worst service ever she was really unfriendly. I didn’t know her name but she had short black hair and wore glasses. I will NEVER go back

Had a good experience here and they did my nails how I wanted the done. They actually listened to what I had to say. I recommend trying them out. Ask for Susan she’s the one that did my nails.

I will NEVER go back to this nail shop HORRIBLE customer service & the only man in there which is the owner is EXTREMELY annoying. People DO NOT waste your time here or money trust me you won’t be happy

I love this place! great price and they last, and they can always fit me in. any design i show them, we work together to figure out how to get the design exactly how i want it. i LOVE Susan!

They broke off easily! Two nails broke off before first fill! Wth!!! Not coming here again

Susan is the best at doing my nails properly. I’m picky and have tried at least ten other places because I’ve moved from Ontario to Orange County. I hated everything else. Susan does my nails to last. They don’t break and I do very physical work. I highly recommend her for good quality work. If you’re looking for bling or special designs, this probably isn’t the place, but my nails are always perfect and last forever! They do have a decent selection of fashion tips and a large quantity of gels.

Cassandra does an awesome job on nails. I am always getting compliments on my nails even after 3 weeks!

This place is average. Not many designs! But workers are friendly. I want my bob marley finger tips :(

They were nice to me but one thing I didn’t like was that the manicurist tried to convince me to make my full set nails square when I wanted them round. Not only that she was not gentle with me. It was my first time getting full sets and she buffered my cuticles so much I bled. I even uploaded a photo to prove it.
She kept telling me oh it’s your first time doing this that’s why it might feel painful to you. WRONG. She was so careless! I know pain, ok? I’ve broken arms, wrists, and my legs while playing sports in high school.
$ 21 for full set french tip nails. Not worth it.

I was walk-​in for acrylic nails. Rose did my fill and did a great job. I thought I would need to have the old set removed, but Rose said it wasn’t needed– that was refreshing. Rose shaped my nails just how I like them, the first time. I’m very picky how my nails are shaped.
There was a small wait but that’s to be expected for a walk in. The prices are reasonable, no additional charge for cutting your nails down. There is a $ 1.00 fee for debit or credit cards. I am very pleased with this nail salon and will definitely return.
