This is an above average grocery store. Things are clean and orderly. The produce is usually very fresh and laid out in an easily understood manner. The staff are always helpful in locating things and offering to take your things to the car.
The deli however… I encounter frustrations more often than not. My last deli experience I was ordering two different sandwiches and it we like in possible for the server to understand I didn’t want them both prepared the same way. At one point I asked for the turkey sub she was working on to toasted and she asked me if I wants just the meat in the toaster. Just an example of how frustrating it can be ordering at the deli sometimes.

I love, love, love this location. It is always clean, neat, and the employees are always helpful when needed. They always provide excellent customer service as well. I love the seafood section. It is probably my favorite part of the store. Their meat is always good. I’ve only had one slight issue with them in the bakery, but it was taken care of in the most appropriate way. I have no complaints about this location. They are awesome.

I really enjoy going to the Publix in Ooltewah. It is pleasant and clean with a good selection of foods, items etc. I love ordering cakes from the bakery the Chocolate Decadence or Chocolate Ganache cake is wonderful! Even the flowers and plants are wonderful. I buy the best Basil plants at the best prices from this store!

This is hands down the best Publix in the area! I drive an extra 15 minutes just to shop at this store because of their selection! It’s also newer, cleaner, and more well laid out than anywhere else. All around this is the best grocery store in Chattanooga. Don’t forget to grab their coupon magazine & flyer from the customer service counter!

It’s Publix, what’s not to like? The produce is pretty fresh, the store brands are great. My only complaint would be the deli can be a little slow. They are the nicest employees from any grocery store I’ve been to.

Publix is a nice mix of a more upscale grocery store (better produce, clean, bright, great selection) with prices comparable to a discount locations.

Great grocery store that sells my green tomatoes to take home to mama so she make me some fried green tomatoes. Their produce and meats personally I think are better than the big box supermarket stores. You have plenty of parking and can get waited on quickly. It’s in a shopping center where you can just walk to other nearby businesses.

Why do I always have to use the self serve registers here? Then they require someone to come over and approve something. I’ll pay a little extra to not have to try and guess the code of the produce.

I really like Publix. After spending 24 years in Pittsburgh, coming South exposed me to this grocery chain and I really enjoy shopping here. The staff are very friendly. Every time you pass a staff member, they greet you, or offer to help you find something. My only complaint is the high cost of deli meat and produce. Apples are priced way too high.

The question is… Why don’t we have one in Cleveland yet? This town need another option and Publix is a bra
