Buffalo Wild Wings

Overall good visit. Parking was easy getting a seat was also easy, service was very good and the wings were as they are normally good. I sat on the patio and worked while eating. So overall a good visit. Eye candy well not much, but it was a week day. I recommend visiting.

Great experience here dropping in for quick bite on the way home to New Orleans! Samantha was our waitress and was fantastic… awesome service. We knew what we wanted and were in a hurry and she totally took care of us. It was like they knew what we ordered when we walked in because Samantha walked right back out with our order after she took it. Wings were just taken off the grill, hot and tasty. Our «captain» was Justin, who brought us tasters of new sauces and changed a TV just so we could watch the a Premier League match of my daughter’s favorite team. We’ll probably take the same route again since we know we have a great wing place to stop for our trip now… Great experience!

First time at this location. Our server was terrible, boneless wings were room temperature, and we had to have our ticket corrected. My son was even served ice cream with no spoon. We will not be returning here.

Good amount of TVs to watch sports. Good crowd. Good wings. Great service from Shea. Even had our own Guest Experience Captain Nikki. Would recommend. But WW should know that this is Auburn and should never, I say never have an Alabama jersey hanging on the wall. This is Auburn! WDE

Yes it’s a chain but they have sooooo many sauces for their wings. If you like sauces, you will definitely find something here that satisfies the palette.

I have been to several locations from AL to CA and the service is pretty spotty. Our waitress at the Opelika location was nice but a little slow. My friend who lives here says that’s how it typically is.
The sauces were fantastic, the new blue moon BBQ sauce is sweet and sticky. Garlic Parmesan and thai curry are my all time favorites.
If you are looking for a quiet, unique atmosphere this isn’t it. If you want a lot of generic bar food options, tons of sauciness and a boat load of tvs, you have found the right place

It’s a Buffalo Wild Wings… it’s the only decent bar in Tiger Town where I can go while my girlfriend shops. Inconsistent service, little over priced, wings are good; exactly what I expect from this chain… Again it’s the only decent bar in Tiger Town.

My friends and I always just sit in the bar, share some appetizers and drinks, and talk. This is a chain sports bar. You don’t go here for five star service or gourmet cuisine. We usually get one of two servers who take wonderful care of us in the bar section.

Whenever we stay at the Fairfield Inn (100 yards from here) we end up going to this BWW simply because we can watch games before and after Auburn games and actually get a table. The service is always a challenge, and after reading other reviews here I’m not the only one who’s experienced this. We’ve waited 20 minutes just for someone to take our drink order, had the wrong meal come out and had to beg for a refill.
Meanwhile, when it comes to atmosphere, few can complain. There’s ample TVs available to watch several sporting events at the same time and the beer tastes good, even when the service lacks. As you know, the food is average chain food, but we all came here to watch sporting events, right?

I have been to this location many different times and have gotten many different dishes. I came to lunch with a friend today unaware of the restaurant being under new management and ownership. BIG MISTAKE. The hostess greeted us with a friendly smile and we opted to join some other friends on the patio to enjoy the weather. The hostess told us she would be back in a second to take our drink order. We waited at least 20 minutes before someone even come to the table only because the previous people whom we joined were served their food. The waitress seemed confused as to what orders went where (both had the lunch special wings one with fries one with wedges) and even brought one of the girls what seemed to taste like a flat diet Pepsi instead of a doctor pepper in which she ordered. The waitress then walked away and about 15 minutes later she was accompanied by the «original» waitress then saying she (the original waitress) had no idea we sat as a group or that they ordered food. Looking over the confusion my friend and I placed drink and food orders. It took ANOTHER 35 minutes to bring our food (burger with fries and app nachos.) Our disappointments didn’t stop there. My nachos were an equivalent to cat food. Chicken dehydrated and dry, frowned meat cold, queso sauce almost non existant, lettuce brown and mush. Along with stale chips and what seemed to be diced up rotten week old tomatoes. I gaged after only the first bite. My friends burger resembled and fast food set up and he patty was still frozen in the middle (ordered to serve at medium) the sauce was something I could have gotten across the parking lot at a fast food restaurant. I have had not to pare service but this is an prime example of carelessness. On the upside the waitress had our food comped. Not making us feel… too bad. She was nice for that. I will never recommend this establishment to anyone

Food really isn’t that good. Service is ok. And its just too loud in the place. Music and tv’s are so loud that you have to yell at the person sitting next to you.

Service absolutely SUCKS! Waited 20 minutes for a server! It’s been 30 minutes and we haven’t gotten our food! In the meantime, we’ve seen waitresses on their phone and customers picking up their own drinks from the side of the bar! This place is a joke! Get some better management in here!

Worst experience at bww EVER. 1^st we were sat immediately & then waited for 10 mins to see a server. Ppl seated after us were helped before us. So already off to a rocky start. On to the food:
We ordered fried pickles to start. Most were stuck together so when pulled apart the breading was soggy. The waiter never came back so we just let it go.
So now comes the wait for lunch. Yep still waiting. Ppl have come in after us & ordered & have their food. Oh here comes the waiter. 20 minutes after ordering he comes to tell us they are out of kids corn dog nuggets. Forget it we will just give her a few of our tenders. He tells us it’ll just be a few more minutes. (Well we’ve waited this long) 15 more minutes go by & the ppl that came in after us have now got their checks & are leaving. So finally our food arrives & hand to god the waiter tells me «well your naked tenders were frozen we had to wait for them to thaw» mmm makes ya hungry huh? So now you would think after this long wait our order would be great right? Nope everything (besides our 2 orders of freshly thawed, mmm microwave, naked tenders) was barely warm. The hottest thing (besides aforementioned micro tenders) was the side salad. Yum right? Oh & after all this the manager came over to apologize for the wait & again explained how long it takes to thaw frozen naked tenders. Idk 5 mins on defrost would be my guess.
Ugh all & all this was epically bad. Will we be back? Probably bc hell they do have a great sauce menu if you can deal with an all frozen menu.

Probably the best thing about Buffalo is that there are a ton of TV’s where you can catch just about every sporting event. My friends and I came here to watch the Gold Cup Final and it was great! There aren’t very many budget-​friendly menu items, and personally I would steer clear from the cheesecake drops. (Maybe I was just expecting something different but it’s fried cream cheese basically… eck!)
Service was good. Generally pretty lively atmosphere, but aside from the many TV’s, it’s nothing special.

Burger was good. Wrap was good. Carribean jerk sauce is delicious. Service was good. Wrap was under sauced needed to ask for more.

Food is always just mediocre. Service is consistently terrible!

Best place for lunch on Sunday. Be here a bit before kickoff to get a table. The mango-​habanero wings are the best wings ever.

I love the mango habanero and Caribbean Jerk wings. I love those! There were several times where the wait staff’s attitudes turned us away. The last time we went, it wasn’t busy and the hostess completely ignored us for 10 mins. We finally left.

Honestly, the food here is nothing compared to Wingstop and other chicken establishments but when people go to Buffalo Wild Wings, they don’t go for the food. It’s the atmosphere of an open sports bar that is clean and appealing enough to families and college groupies alike. There’s many TV displays around the entire restaurant with a nice patio as well. People come here to watch the game.
The wings and fries are ordered separately which was a slight surprise because it’s actually expensive when you add them up. I never got the concept of eating celery sticks with the chicken but they’re there for you with your options of bleu cheese or ranch dressing.
The service here is great. They refill your drinks for free without even asking you and they split our tabs without really asking my friends since they’re that far ahead of your requests already.

The wings are usually good, however the service is almost always horrible. We used to go to wing Tuesdays when the wings were only 25 cents and we dealt with the horrible service cause the price was right. Now they have almost doubled in price and the service is just as bad.
