I was proud to turn down Blanding to the left to support small Business. However, customer service or no service. You ARE Not allowed to open package to exam the hair due to their security sticker. So after your NO EXCHANGE No REFUND purchase you discover the hair purchased is wrong color or wrong length – you will receive a lecture from owner that you are stuck with useless product due to this or that. She refused to even exchange the unopened product.
So my review is to tread lightly and bring your stylist with you to make the best choice first time or get stuck with USELESS hair. I will never patronize this establishment. And my lecture to the owner «think of it from a customer standpoint» there are other options.
