B.O.M. Design -Bradley Ornamental Metal

I was the homeowner coordinator, working with both neighbors, to replace our shared rear fences. I lost at least 100 hours, spanning 4 months on this project with BOM. I would not be so bitter with this company if the owners would have admitted their failure and apologized. They also have done everything possible to block me sharing my honest experience online to others seeking a reputable iron shop.
My uploaded pictures clearly tell our story — look closely at them. There is no excuse for crooked spears and posts, drooping rails, large caulk fillers, bolts installed sideways, deep paint scrapes from mishandling, and a fence that does not fit. I told BOM to fix it per contract which would have required them to remove the fences, replace or straighten posts and rails to fit the opening properly, sandblast, metalize, repaint, and re-​install the fences. BOM choose to refund instead. BOM never apologized for their disaster and continues to try to shift the blame to their customer, or explain that the job was too challenging, or was not completed, and on and on. I interviewed three companies to replace their fences and they all laughed while inspecting it. The selected company did a wonderful job without issue, and all parties were finally very happy.
