This place doesn’t even deserve one star.
It’s so hot in there! No matter what time.
Just went at 8:30 pm on a Friday. It was still super hot in there. Plus it doesn’t help that the lady behind the counter will leave all the freezer doors open. At once! So my ice cream is soft. To top it off, she’ll just sit on her phone right in front of you while you order your ice cream. Won’t be going back.

It is so freaking HOT inside!!! The lady working the counter was rude and wouldn’t let anyone taste any of the ice cream. We came in because of the great deal for $ 1.31 scoop and I should have gone to Andrews’s ice cream. Why is it so flipping hot!!! The worst experience. Poor management should have scheduled more people to work considering it was a special deal today. Lame… never coming back

I ordered a cake and the time they had promised me to pick it up they never opened or answered, I guess if you own a franchise you can skip a day of business even if they have orders. I spent $ 53 on a cake and I had to go buy another cake to replace it.

So I went in to order a cake for my cousins birthday and I showed him a picture of the cake I wanted and he told me «ya I can do this no problem it will look just like that only with no stadium» I go to pick it up the day of the party and it is one of the ugliest cakes I have ever seen, I have a family of bakers and designers and am very embarrassed by this cake I thought just by ordering the cake it will look pretty and be easier, but I was very wrong! And they didn’t want to work with me on anything… I will never be ordering a cake from them again!

This Baskin Robbins locations is not as good as the others. This location does not do specials, has a problem accepting coupons from the Entertainment book (which has no exclusions on the coupon & not advertised in store that they do not accept the Baskin Robbins coupons from the Entertainment Book), has hit or miss customer service (one employee always seems in a bad mood and another is friendly), and the location is very hot! The last few times I walked into this location I felt as though I was walking into a sauna. They are too cheap to fix the air conditioning and I break into a sweat waiting to be helped and to receive my order. Can’t wait to get back outside! lol. Sometimes they are out of the flavor I want as well. Still, the ice cream is good and if I’m desperate for ice cream and I’m nearby, I go here or to the Cold Stone just down the street.

I don’t do ice cream much, but I want the cone head badge. I’ll have it in a hour or so. The girl working was very nice. The store was clean, and the ice cream was yummy.

Great ice cream. We love Baskin Robbins in general over frozen yogurt because we know what we are eating. Many great choices in this location and friendly. Very very clean.

Usually, I prefer a good old-​fashioned Mom & Pop ice cream store. I find the flavors to be subpar/​boring at chain ice cream shops, so I’m generally more inclined to pop into a place like B. Candy (in Corona Del Mar) than a 31 Flavors.
However, I felt wrong ignoring this 31 Flavors just because it’s part of a chain. It’s still on my way to work, after all. And the current selection of flavors? Awesome. The list includes lime daiquiri ice, which made me smile a lot. I got 2 scoops.

People always nice and don’t get upset when I ask to try samples.
It’s never super busy and always clean.

Wow !! Very impressed … Went there at 11:30am and they were still closed. Went back an hour later and we’re open, owner said employee called in sick so he had to open. Gave me my ice cream free cause they were not open first time I came !! What service … Thank you

It’s so bad, I am truly NOT going to go again — unless I HEAR that it’s fixed (which I don’t know from whom).
All the ice-​cream is all melted. Or melting. It’s like 115 degrees in here. I am going outside because I’m dripping sweat and can’t handle it anymore, while my (awesome) boyfriend is inside waiting for my smoothie. Would’ve gone to Cold Stone if he didn’t see the smoothies on the menu. The ice-​cream just doesn’t look good enough.
I don’t know how they can allow that poor girl to work in there. It’s not a good work environment. They should close down while they fix the a/​c.

I have been here many times.
I think they need another person helping because the times I been here they only have 1 person working and it is busy.
I ordered a cake for my daughters birthday it was very delicious!

So in my family we all scream for ice cream! I personally am a frozen yogurt fan but I will definitely indulge in some ice cream. I love the variety of flavors they always have! Some of my faves are pineapple coconut, nutty coconut and rocky road! They have a wild n reckless sherbet which is delicious too! I like how each month they have a featured flavor! I’ve had some super delicious flavors like pumpkin cheesecake and donut and coffee! I
The bad thing is that not all locations always have the feature of the month, including this one. Also service is hit or miss! Sometimes you get someone behind the counter that just doesn’t look to happy to be there. Scoops are pricey at $ 3.99 but it’s definitely a good size scoop. They no longer have the $ 1.31 promo on the 31^st day of the month either. It’s good ice cream but for a once in a while visit!!!

Always get single cone Chocolate a Chip Mint! Yum! we always visit after a dinner out. Fast and easy dessert.

All I can say is Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream. Drop the microphone.
I do not really understand why they get anything less than a four-​star this place. The selection of ice cream is terrific. The quality of service is excellent. Yeah, it’s a franchise, so there’s a lot of standardized stuff in the place.
However, point out a better place to buy ice cream, and I am there.

Someone said they won’t give you the $ 1.31 scoop unless you ask. That’s strange because it’s been just three hours since that happened to that person but I just asked for «one scoop of pralines and cream in a cup» and no mention of price, they replied, «that will be $ 1.31» I think this place should get only 3 stars because the location sux to high hell. The parking is cramped and when you’re backing out, you have to be so careful not to hit the fence or another car or a person. Then pulling out onto the street, if someone wants to right turn in, they’re screwed and you hope they aren’t going to get rammed from behind. The drive in entrance is only big enough for one car. I am only giving them 4 because the inside is a lot nicer than most Baskin Robbins — no glaring nasty skin uglifying bright lights and because I don’t want them to go out of business like the one down the street and even the one down on 17^th and Tustin. I am sick of these yogurt places taking over. Frozen yogurt SUX. It’s expensive — no $ 1.31 days — and it will always have a sour taste because hello — it is yogurt! We have too fricken many frozen yogurt places on Tustin Ave. I will keep my fingers crossed that more go out of business like Golden Spoon. Hurray for Baskin Robbins!

It’s really nice looking and all, but sadly they don’t have the discount on Tuesday and my ice cream was somewhat softer than normal. As always the ice cream taste great, but I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this one. It doesn’t seem to be very popular either.

My son and I stopped by here the other day and thought the ice cream was great and the service friendly.
We don’t get ice cream very often, but we were having a serious craving and decided to stop by here. My son usually likes chocolate ice cream, but he was feeling daring and wanted to try something new. After a small sample, he decided to go with the Butter Pecan. This is one of my favorite ice creams, and I had to get a small scoop too. I’m so glad I did because it was delicious!
This Baskin Robbins looks like a newer location. It’s really clean with lots of nice tables to sit and relax at. The cases were full of beautiful ice cream cakes. I can’t wait to come back and order one for a birthday. The service seemed good here too. While it was very busy when we first got here and the only employee working here seemed a bit overwhelmed, she was much friendlier when things finally quieted down.
It is a bit difficult getting in and out of the parking lot here. The parking lot also seems a bit small. We must have come here at a great time because we found a spot right away.
This is a nice Baskin Robbins location. The ice cream was delicious and the customer service was really good. We look forward to coming back here soon!

Wanted to buy a birthday cake and they weren’t even open as the sign read. I saw 2 other customers turn away. You guys lost out on 3 sales wirhin 15 minutes.
And by reading all your poor reviews, management doesn’t care. I won’t be coming here anymore. I’ll will purposely got to the one 3 miles away where I purchased my cake.

This is a new location. Right by the street and lots of parking. Close to many other stores so you can easily swing by on the way to somewhere else. The inside is really big and there is lots of empty space. Maybe they can put something else in that big space.
Clean store and lots of places for people to sit inside.
Had the cookies and cream ice-​cream in a cup here. Very good. The person serving me was really nice.
They have a wide selection of stuff. I would return.
