Going here(my friend’s idea) was an excellent choice. You can build you own pizza, or get one of theirs off the menu. You can add different things to your likings. The sky is the limit. My new favorite pizza place in Orange and reasonable prices. HEADSUPWHENCHANGINGONEOFTHEIRS. make sure you say the word«ADD» or they will skip some of the ingredients, it happened to me.

I don’t know how you found parking but congrats! Now you can walk yourself down the Orange Circle along with the people who always seem so happy, down to Blaze Fast-Fire’d Pizza. So run-down is just the same as any other ‘build your own pie’ joint. Don’t let that confuse you by believing every place is the same. I could talk about the crust or ingredients, but that’s all by preference so i’ll leave that up to you to decide. If you had to have some kind of reference about the taste; my favorite type of pizza is Chicago, so they provided plenty of sauce when I asked so I was then completely satisfied in that aspect. The line goes by just as quickly as a Subway Sammich line does, there’s no lie in that, just look at all the reviews on here. What I love most about this place is the location. I get to eat lunch here, sit outside, soak the sun and watch the Circle be the Circle. I’d say at-least one star had to be added just because of this.

I have only been to another of the build your own type pizza joints and I really like Blaze. I think the toppings and the flavors are better than the other one I have been to. I like that they have the option for gluten free. It’s quick and fast no matter how long the line is. Parking can be limited depending on what time of day you go.

Blaze is easily one of my favorite create your own pizza chains! They are consistent in great service, a clean store and good pizza at a fair price! Parking however sucks at this location! We came here with some family to celebrate my birthday. It was a casual place where everyone could get what they want. One of the workers was extra helpful, I wish I got his name.

Great gluten free pizza fresh and always fast no matter how busy. We have tried both regular and GF doughs. They are great compared to other places in this style. You get what you want they even have a decent selections of beer.

Been here a few times, and every time its the same amazing pizza. They make sure you get every topping you want and usually pile them up. They Even do a well done crust for that crispy bite(if requested). Prices are good too and you see them putting everything on as opposed to ordering delivery. They are usually clean here, maybe one or two tables w/crumbs. Floors are clean and the pizza stations are clean as well, they will even change their gloves for food allergies or if just simply requested.

Build your own pizza and in less than 10 minutes you have a customized pizza ready for you to eat. I enjoy the convenience of Blaze which is just like Pieology, but there is one plus that Blaze has over Pieology is that it serves beer and wine because sometimes you just need this companion to go along with your beer. However Pieology has a slight edge on flavor. I’m still trying to find the right pizza at Blaze since the last one a tried, the Art Lover just needed something to take it to the next level, and I thought roasted garlic would be that item but it wasn’t. Could it be the sea salt added at the end? Not sure but I’ll head back to try again.

I have been to Blaze Pizza 3 times and every time have not been disappointed. I love their spicy marinara sauce and the pizzas are cooked in a brick oven. Love all the items that you can put on must be careful with the build your own not to over do it with all the items.

Justin reached out to us and we got a couple of free pizza coupons to try Blaze out again! Thank you Justin! We came here on a Saturday night and although the line was long, the staff was great at moving the line along, unlike at pizza press where you could stand in line for 20 mins. They also definitely did not skimp on toppings this time and the pizza was very yummy! We were able to each get a build your own pizza which was really nice! Definitely will be frequenting this location!

I think Blaze is a great addition to the Orange Circle/Old Town Orange! I was not aware that Blaze offered so many fresh ingredients. I got to try vegan cheese imported from Canada, Italian sausage, and gluten-free dough. While I’m neither GF nor vegan, I am happy Blaze has options for these people with specific dietary needs. That’s probably what makes them stand out in my opinion. At Blaze, I always create my own because I like trying out something different each time. For $ 8, it’s a really good deal. One pizza is great for sharing — they let you mix and match ingredients. My bf loves bacon, so I let them add the bacon on one half while I get extra fresh mozarella on the other half! :) I love their spicy marinara sauce, and I also love adding the fresh arugula on top after they bake it. The key to building your own pizza is to keep it simple. If you load too many ingredients, the pizza will be soggy and hard to eat. Trust me, I like having all my favorite toppings on my pizza, so I learned from experience! The pizza only stays in the oven for maybe 3 minutes, so you don’t have to wait long for a yummy meal. Add their blood orange lemonade to your pizza and you just got yourself a great meal! One thing about this location though: there is only street parking available in the Orange Circle. You might get lucky with some spots in front of Blaze. Otherwise you’ll be circling around once or twice. The people who work here are very friendly. I get here when they open at 11 am, so I have not experienced terrible lines yet. They do have restrooms in the back. Blaze is opening up more locations across the country, yay! I have not tried their online ordering system yet, but good to know that is another cool option.

This place is BAAAALLLLAAAAZZZZZZZZZZZZZZING! Yeah I am a dork and just wanted to say that weird… none the less this pizza joint is like Pieology if you haven’t been here… if you haven’t been to either one… think subway or chipotle for pizza… I find this place to be a bit of a conundrum for me though. Some of their stuff is excellent toppings wise and some of it, well lets just say I was less than impressed. However the staff is friendly, the process clear and easily completed. The ingredients I believe was fresh as well for the most part. For example, I absolutely loved the sausage as they break up meatballs by hand and spread it around your pie. The crust has a sauce ring in it! They have a lot of meat options that make me salivate thinking about wanting to eat them. However not everything is quite as tasty as you would hope. Something about the bacon here just was a major turn off and it tastes a lil bit funny. The pepperoni is very oily(fatty) as well. The cilantro made things really weird compared to what it normally tastes like. But the crust here is outstanding! Drinks are self service for the most part. The tables don’t provide a lot of room to squeeze through to sit down on the long bench, so the bigger folks should sit in the chairs. Bathrooms are down the hall in the far back of the restaurant and seemed to be acceptable. Overall it’s an average place to eat, nothing super special or worth making a special trip here for, but if for some reason you do end up here, it should leave you sated.

This is my second time here, the 1st was for a Unilocal!event, and I learned from the pizza I had then. I think the key to Blaze is not to load up the ingredients. The crust is fairly thin, and when you load up the ingredients it ends up trapping the moisture and making the pizza soggy. Of course, if you like to load up ingredients, then you have an issue. The place is set up to be the(don’t say Chipotle) Subway of Pizza(just like Pieology and Pizza Press), where you walk down a line and pick and choose what you want on your pie. Of course, you can order one that is pre-selected, but where is the fun in that? If you are a vegan, they do have a vegan cheese option, so that helps to let everyone get along. I tend to get veggie pizzas anyway(with real cheese), and they have lots of options for toppings. The cook time is pretty fast, just a couple of minutes, and they have smart take out boxes that fit ½ a pie if you have leftovers.

Located in Old Town Orange. I’ve been to the one at the Mainplace Mall, but I had a coupon for a free pizza to this place! Went with my sister on a Sunday and there was no line when we got there in the later afternoon. I like the idea of building your own pizza with the toppings of your choice. It’s about $ 8 for a build your own pizza or you can pick one from their signature pizza list. For the sauce I went with the spicy red sauce which wasn’t spicy at all. Cheese I went with the ricotta and parmesan. Meats I went with bacon, chicken, and ham. Veggies I went with pineapple, mushroom, basil, roasted garlic, red peppers, sauteed onions, and spinach. Pizza was on the thin side if you like that. Not skimpy with any of the toppings either! Service was good. The guy that was putting on my toppings was nice. Apparently I look like someone who is into K-pop according to the worker. Which I am! But not as much anymore… It was a little hard to hear him though, but he was patient with me when I asked him to repeat himself. But they didn’t ask if I wanted any pesto or bbq drizzle… the worker who gave me my finished pizza didn’t look too happy so I just took my pizza and left…

I really enjoy the pizza at Blaze. I was really happened they opened up at the Circle since it’s on my way home and it gives me another great dinner option. They have the tried and true build your own pizza or one of their specialty pizzas, but I find the one I go for the most is the simple cheese pizza for $ 5. I love a good old fashioned cheese with extra sauce. If you want a tasty dessert, go for their s’more. The graham cracker had good flavor and it’s only 2 bucks.

Super friendly and quick service! The cashier, Zak, explained everything on the menu to the noob aka me. Thanks! There’s a choice of either building your own(which I recommend!) or picking from pre-selected pizza choices. You can always remove or add ingredients onto the pre-selected favorites ones. My pizza was made fairly quick too. Ask for a box to-go(even if you’re dining in). in case you don’t finish. I loved how the process was really simple and moved by very quickly. maybe because I came late. But, I aint complainin’! I’m surprised that another customer was ordering her pizza at 10:50pm and they still took her order! Even though they close at 11pm. So nice of them. Unlimited fresh toppings for $ 8! I «built» my pizza with mozzarella cheese, red sauce, meatballs, sausage, ham, and a bunch of veggies. and it came out beautifully and delicious. Then, got a beer and called it a day!

Think subway but in pizza form. I honestly prefer this place over Pielogy minus the crazy long line. The place itself is very spacious located in the Orange Circle. Their staffs are very friendly and patience(I like that). You can either customize your own pizza for less than $ 8 or order one of their favorites. Usually when I go I would do the customize one since its the same price as the favorites anyways. I usually hate thin crusted pizza, but their pizza crust are not drying at all, just perfect crispiness. If you are a student at Chapman University I think you would like this place especially since the price is very affordable and their portion is good enough to for two people to enjoy. I would like to add that because this is in the circle of orange parking can be difficult to find. DONOT make the mistake I did of parking in the neighborhood because they requires permit, unless you like giving the city money :).
