I’d rather starve to death or eat my own poo then deal with the owner. The owner is a real douche. See for yourself.

SUPER SLOW!!! Called ahead still waited 10 minutes for my oatmeal. And there’s NO ONE ahead of me. The owner got to understand no one has 20 minutes to just grab a oatmeal in the morning. Not coming back.

The owner is the RUDEST man I have ever met. I will NEVER eat here again. He is rude to everyone that I know that has ever eaten here too. The food is terrible too! I am only giving him 1 star because I have to, otherwise I would give him ZERO.

I had been avoiding this place for a while since the owner Paul would always make annoying comments about his customers, politics, and would often flirt when any young female while his wife would be standing right next to him. Most of my co workers had also avoided him since they were also tired of his non stop blabbing. Who wants to hear him complain of ppl coming in asking for a cup of water while your in a rush to order your food? Not me! Anywho I decided to give it a second shot since it was raining hard and I didn’t want to go down the street to St Joes. Hes actually gottena bit better. Hes been more quite then key is to stop his conversation. The food is not bad. Not the best I’ve had but it is quite expensive. A 6 inch philly steak with a couple of fires and fountain drink will cost you app $ 8-​$ 9! Salads are good and run appx $ 6 This place is okay if you dont mind spending a lil more what you can get elsewhere for less. Also if your in a hurry I suggest you call in your oder since when it gets busy, service tends to be on the slow side.

Centre Café is located on the first floor of the Centrum Building, 1120 West La Veta.
Paul, the proprietor, who skipped finishing school is occasionally distracted and rather abrupt, but the food prepared by his wife and mother quickly absolve him of social trespasses. It is easier to overlook his disposition after partaking in the quality of food that serves as a salve for his necrotic attitude.
I usually order a bagel breakfast sandwich that is slightly toasted and buttered. The bagel encloses warmed American cheese, ham and egg. It’s truly delicious. For $ 3.75, it’s not the best deal in the neighborhood, but I appreciate the quality and efficiency.

This establishment is located on the first floor of my work and it used to be convenient when I would forget my lunch or when I had meetings and short on time. This place really bugs me mostly because of the dufus male owner. He is so bad that 75% of the people who works with me have boycotted this fool. I feel sorry for his wife, the female owner of the place she’s a seet lady.
Let me start with the food– It’s not very good and it’s on the expensive side. The selection has grown through the years but you still wont see me over there.
Then there’s the service– as i mentioned before the male owner is a tool, and likes to flirt with the ladies and chat with the regulars and screws up your order often, then he gets chewed out by his wife!!!
This place will yell at you if you take one too many fork or napkin, and has gone to an extent to harrass people who bring in food for pot lucks stating that it takes away from his business.
This clown has complained to the building about our vending machines and claims that our company is in violation of his food contract… So our company purchased a free soda fountain for all employees and subsidized a low cost snack bar.
People stay away from this place, go accross the street at St Josephs to get better quality food for cheaper price.
