I stumbled upon Cindy while looking for a trainer on Unilocal.Set up for the consultation was quick and easy, and by the time it was over I was sold. She’s very flexible with her scheduling and will work with you to make sure you can fit in your workouts. Not only does she care about getting you fit and in shape, but she will also help you with your muscle maintenance. For those of you worried about pricing, she has you covered. She has multiple plans to fit anyone’s budget so you’ll never have to worry. I personally enjoyed every session I had with her. If I was in a bad mood when I came in, she pulled me right out of it. If I didn’t feel so good one day, she would modify the workouts to my needs. I needed to get back into shape and she got me there. In just three months I have my muscle tone back and I can bench 4x what I could when I started. I leaned out as she kept up with all my meals and she made me a better person. Give her a shot, it’s so worth it!

I could not be happier with my personal training with Cindy Mac! I actually look forward to my workouts, which is quite a tribute to Cindy. She is patient and knowledgeable, and she makes the workouts fun. I have had very little experience with personal training, and I am not the most coordinated person, so I was nervous about the entire experience. From the very beginning, I felt that Cindy could help me achieve my goals without making me feel like a clumsy fool. I think Cindy would be great as a trainer for everyone from a beginner like me to a more experienced fitness pro.

Cindy was knowledgeable and funny which made my workout less painful. I went to her to lose weight and strenthen my core. I have lost 30 lbs and my stamina has increased. I also had some pain in my knee and she helped me to strengthen that as well. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants to get in shape, lose weight or recovering from an injury.

I lost 34lbs with Cindy in only 3 months! She helped me win a biggest loser competition at work :) She helped me reach my goal in a short amount of time and if I wasn’t moving away she would still be my trainer. She pushed me to workout hard and challenged me every time I walked into the gym. Another thing I loved about training with Cindy is that she would change the exercise routine every time we met so I never got bored. She also taught me how to properly use weights and she corrected my form ALL the time. Cindy is the best trainer I ever had, because she actually cares about you and goals to become healthy. She designs her workouts based on your individual need. She motivated me and pushed me past my limits, and I saw the transformation in my body. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trainer!!!

Just want to let you know that Cindy helped me recuperate from my hip replacement! I am so grateful I found her. Her professionalism and encouragement was phenomenal. After my insurance stopped covering my physical therapy Cindy had the skills to takeover my rehabilitation. I highly recommend her if you need rehab or any physical training.

Cindy is the best!!! She made every workout so fun and is a great motivator! I really like how she customizes her workouts and makes sure that every movement is going to help me gain strength and feel better. My friend got me a gift certificate for a free session and i had no idea what to expect since im super out of shape. I have worked out with Cindy for two years now and my body has transformed in a number of ways. First, I started to focus on losing weight. I have always been relatively strong, but I didn’t realize how much the core of our body is responsible for our strength, balance, coordination, and even flexibility. Cindy has worked with me as my goals have shifted and continues to challenge me. I have lost almost 70 lbs and dropped over 14% in body fat. I have watched her train others for different reasons. One guy walked in and said, I want to be buff again. «Well alright! Let’s do it!» She cracks me up… but sure enough, 6 months later the guy was a stud! I have watched her help clients who are older and who want to strengthen their muscles and core so they don’t feel helpless or feel like they will fall down. The confidence… the stamina… the intrinsic motivation to be healthy and fit… she brings it out in you. And she will work with your schedule and your pocket book. I have been to other trainers. I am uninterested in a trainer who isn’t human. Some of these trainers don’t eat regular food, take crazy supplements, and tell you that your body must come before everything else! Let’s talk reality! I am a full time college professor. Outside of work, I have a life and I enjoy having fun! I like to go out and have a beer… okay, or two… I eat regular foods and I don’t take any pills. Cindy individualized MY plan, MY life and helped me learn to balance, eat well, have fun, get in my exercise, and feel normal! She’s worth every penny, but more importantly, I have learned that I AMWORTHEVERYPENNY and because this is true and I want to invest in someone who is going to invest in me and make me a priority, and not make me feel like just another client. I love when I have had a great weekend and come in and tell her all the bad things I did and she responds with, «Girl! You had fun! That’s what matters! Now let’s get back to business and focus this week. We all have had our moments. That’s life!» With this mentality, I have learned to not be so hard on myself and continue to achieve my goals!
