Domino’s Pizza

Update on my review the employee that yelled at the delivery driver was not Molly, she cleared it up with me when I went in to pick up my pizza that she it wasn’t her, I had based the name of the server name on my receipt, but it was not Molly. Don’t know the name of the girl who did it. But anyway I’m glad there is feedback for reviews on here now, Molly was genuinely upset because it was not her who did those nasty things and she has great customer service skills!

First off, I am a pizza aficionado and I can appreciate a good pie! Now this dominos has to be the best in the area, it just cant be beat… The freshness of their ingredients are far superior over their local competition and it just taste so good! Second, I am a business owner who also appreciates when staff is respectful and courteous; since the new staff has come in over the past couple of months I have had great experiences with the them. Keep up the GREAT work Dominos! Looking forward to my weekly pie!

Hi everyone! I am the General Manager of this store and would like to respond to a few of the reviews here! :)
I took this store over the week of Thanksgiving in 2015. I’ve worked in plenty of Domino’s stores over the years and love this location.
It seems as though quite a few of you have had disappointing experiences with us in the past, and I am so sorry for that. Our location has doubled the staff over the last few weeks. Fast and friendly service is a top priority, and now that we have an adequate staff, our delivery times have improved tremendously.
If anyone has had a bad experience with this location in the past and is willing to give us another try, please give me a call. Let me buy your family dinner and earn your business back!

This location is great! Quick deliveries and great pizza and wings. So glad this Dominos location was hiring! I love working here; all the employees are nice and very helpful to the new trainees. I might be a bit biased but stop in and order if you’re in the area!

I am beyond angry with this dominos, delivery was a nightmare ! The delivery man was the worst ever, at first he attempted to take my order & that was a big fail! He then drove to my address asked my neighbors if they had ordered pizza when they responded, «no» he left -& with a pizza already paid for «Manny» cashier I think didn’t even give me a call to ask it took an hour when I called & said where the fucks my food at! Why do they ask for a number & an address when they can’t even call to let you know they have arrived! My food was cold; I can’t even finish explaining how angry this made me ! This dominos sucks !! When the man stood their for a tip, I almost lost it.

The delivery driver almost hit my son and I at the intersection of Shaffer and Palm. He/​she didn’t even wait for us for finish turning before he/​she charged at is with his pos car. –_–

Always good, always prompt. We get the pasta & sandwiches. Never had a problem with taste or delivery.

I made an order and they told me that the order should be ready with in 25 to 30 min and it took over an hour tell it got to me and when it got to me at the the mall. guy told me to come out and get your order and I told him I can’t leave the store to bring it in and he said okay and then he took him 15 min just to bring it in and when I called him he wouldn’t pick up and he would keep on ignoring all my calls so I called the store and spoke to the manager and made a complaint and the manager was rode and told me to call him again and I told him that he should call him and to take care of the mater what a bad costumer service they have .I will never order from them again

For the second time, I have arrived at this location 20 minutes after ordering online only to find that out that they never started cooking my pizza

Food was cold and NOW they charge for cheese and crushed pepper –never again I’m staying with Pizza Hut

I hate to be that person, but this location sucks. Every single time I order they not only take forever to arrive, but bring the order cold or completely wrong. And to top it off, the last time I called they put me on hold 4 times and had me waiting forever. Bad quality, and bad service.

I have not ordered Domino’s pizza in some time. The advertising & online app is great well done. Now the quality of food I received last night was the worst pizza I have received in years. The chicken bites were okkk. Nothing write home about. Getting back to the pizza, cold, hard and cheese really tough. Nothing like pictures or tv promo! Dominos, you got me once but not again. Save your money and look for another place!!! Needs negative stars…

Ordered one pizza online @ 11:36 am. Did not receive pizza until 1:30. Drinks ordered with pizza weren’t even cold anymore. I wonder why? I called at 12:30 asking for a status, and was just told «Sorry, we are extremely busy». I can understand being busy, but 2 hours for a pizza tells me that they are either understaffed or very disorganized. Will not order pizza from this location again.

Normally, I enjoy dominos pizza. Last night was a different story. I was tasked with supplying post game meals for 35 players, and we were on the road away from home. I called a dominos a mile away from this location, and they couldn’t take my order or transfer me over to the correct location. Then, I called in to order from the correct location. The initial contact randomly cut me off and put me on hold. A third gentleman picked up. I told him I wanted to order 16 large pizzas, and he couldn’t take my order because it was too big so he needed approval from his general manager. When he came back from hold he tried to sell me medium pizzas, after I told him twice I wanted large pizzas, he continued to persist for medium pizzas and then put me on hold again. I hung up angry, and found Valentinos. We called Valentinos down the street and they had it ready on time without a problem yet a multinational chain can’t get it done? Not only that, their employees bounced me around and didn’t listen! Absolutely infuriating. Long story short, I couldn’t GIVE these guys money for 16 pizzas!

It’s 11:23am. I placed the order at 947 and they didn’t get started till 10:30… it’s a 12 pizza order!
You guys are gonna have 30 hungry, annoyed, people if and when you finally get here…

Update: got it at 11:35. Called for a discount and they left me on hold… let’s see how this goes

The website: Very clean and well organized. I would like to have some sort of picture of the different types of crust so I have a better idea of my options though.
Pizza: It’s been seven or eight years since I ordered from Domino’s because the last time I did the quality of the pie was poor to say the least. I’ve heard a lot of good things from several different outlets recently so I figured I’d give them a shot at earning back my business. I have to say the pizza (large, thin crust, chicken, spinach and pineapple) tastes great, the ingredients taste fresh, the crust is perfectly crisp, the cheese is cheesy… very happy.
Customer Service Experience: I’m disappointed to say, Domino’s did not earn back my business. When I arrived at the store someone was just walking into the back. I waited for a little bit, no one showed up. I yelled out… nothing. I rang a cow bell that was inside the window… still nothing. I yelled again, I whistled, I yelled louder. Finally someone showed up and says, «sorry, i’m not in charge here». Okay, so be it, he hands me my pizza and takes my money but then doesn’t have a key to give me change. He yells out «Key» but no one hears him because, as I can plainly hear, they’re laughing and joking in the back room. As he’s fruitlessly waiting for someone to show up I ask for pepper packets. He proceeds to tell me how greedy corporate is because they don’t have pepper packets any longer, the customer is now expected to purchase a pepper shaker type thing (how ridiculous is that? you’re a pizza joint, provide pepper packets.). The gentleman eventually goes back to the hall and calls for a key which finally brings someone up. Rather than leading with an apology, he (presumably Humberto since he’s the manager on duty) says «I was in the back logging out (or something like that) a driver» then he gives a half-​hearted apology. Finally I get my change and can go home and enjoy my pizza which, as I said, fortunately was very good.

I got food poisoning from this spot stay away. The dough was under cooked and it gave me the runs for 2 days straight.

These guys are the best. I actually drive past several other dominos to go to this place. Joe knows me by name and always asks how my order was the previous time. He always remembers the «extras» and «light on the» that you can’t note with the iphone app. The best pizzas seem to be when the new shipment delivers their toppings. But they’re always great for the price. Can’t beat this friendly place. Go at night when Joe works. He is what makes this place great!

Dare I say it? I actually LIKE Domino’s pizza these days.
Don’t let the bulletproof glass and minuscule «waiting area» scare you. The employees who work here are really friendly and the food is legit. Fresh everything, short wait. As good as it gets! (At least in comparison with similar pizza joints.)

I came here to pick up a pizza and I was pleasantly surprised at how good it smelled and looked. Fresh, hot, really nice.
However, upon picking up a slice to eat it was so drenched in oil my fingers were green with it. I mean it was dripping grease. It didn’t taste great either. I mean it was kind of plain. Another thing is Dominos has this strange sandy crust. Crumbs are everywhere. Makes it messy to eat.
Not a fan. It’s OK but doesn’t taste like anything and way too much oil… even for pizza.
