Erika’s Magic Touch

The cleaners just got here and I’m already pissed off. They were a half hour early, which I HATE. I was still preparing for their arrival when they got here. Then they tried to tell the job was going to take four hours. No way in hell was that true. They’re going to be hard pressed to fill the three hour minimum requirement.
A word about that three hour minimum. I talked to these people on the phone three times and at no time did they tell me there was a minimum for first time customers.
The cleaners did an ok job. They didn’t finish everything I wanted done by any means, but they did do some things other cleaners won’t do, like the inside of the fridge.
As the final straw, when I went to pay them, they told me the company doesn’t accept checks from first time customers, another thing they didn’t bother to tell me when I made the appointment. I hope they don’t think I’d actually call them again after this.
Really unprofessional, do not use them.
