Everyone here is awesome! Like most, going to the dentist is not something I look forward to. They all make me feel comfortable and are so helpful! Megan is always answering my insurance questions, Melissa helping to fit appointments into my busy schedule, and Dr Bagai and Dr Bo (along with the specialists and assistants here) are the best!

I went to this dentist office by luck. I’m terrified of the dentist, the drill noise gets me so nervous and tensed. However, when i went in for my appt I had told Melissa (receptionist) that i had rescheduled my appts because i was scared she told me Dr. Lee was an amazing dentist and just brought me so much comfort by the sweet things she told me. She was not wrong. Dr. Lee is amazing. I felt no pain during the procedure she was aware of me being nervous and she was so gentle and nice to me. I definitely recommend this place to everyone!!! I did not catch the name of Dr. Lee’s assistant but she was so sweet and very comforting to me. I feel like a lot of my fear of the dentist has gone away.

I love Dr Bagai! She has done a great job since I started seeing her 5 years ago. She is respectful, knowledgeable and I recommend coming to see her if your looking for a dentist.

Helpful, friendly staff… got me in for an appt quickly and worked around my schedule. Dr. Lori was knowledgeable and caring, she even called me after my spot to check on me! I would recommend this office for any and all dental needs!!!

Dr. Bagai is wonderful and truly cares for her patients. She makes you feel like family instead of a number. She is thorough, gentle, and calming. Every member of her staff is also fantastic, helpful, and knowledgeable.

From a person with a huge fear of dental procedures, I can happily say that Dr. Bagai, the dental hygienists, and administrative assistants have always made every procedure a piece of cake. I recently decided on Invisalign and they’ve made the process as quick and easy as possible! I’m very appreciative for their one-​on-​one focus, as a team, and the positive attitudes I’ve been met with over the years. You won’t be talked down to or rushed at this office in regards to your health or financial questions. Thank you, ladies!

I called about a month ago because of a broken tooth. I actually used to be a patient of Dr. Gregory Umatsu, who’s practice this current dentist took over so he could retire. The lady that answered the phone started rattling off all these numbers and everything about Care credit because I have no dental insurance. I didn’t let on that I’m one of Dr. Umatsu’s former patients, but the lady made the appointment anyway after treating me like I just told her I have 3 heads. I ended up not going to the appointment, and then received a call 15 minutes after the scheduled time from the same lady. She then decided to tell me that I caused them grief and I should’ve cancelled to open the spot for another patient. I flat out told her that I’m not gonna talk to healthcare professionals who treat their patients like they’re mutants just because they don’t have insurance and got denied Care Credit. And I know the office is probably reading this, and y’all should know Dr. Umatsu should have NEVER left his practice to you guys! You guys are the reason I never go to the dentist anymore. If you ever decide to actually treat patients like you care about them and not just their wallets, let me know and MAYBE I’ll try you guys out!

Dr. Lori Bagai office has been my savior! The staff is so nice and caring! I have had such bad dental experiences in the past! I used to dread going to the dentist! Now I really don’t mind. I could never imagine going anywhere else! They are amazing and have helped me so much! It’s truly been a blessing having them help me.:)

Dr. Lori’s office happens to be right around the corner from where I work so when I needed some dental work I gave in to the convent location. Turned out being one of the best experiences I’ve had at the dentist. Pleasant staff, convenient location, and really nice results, not much more to say.

Dr. Lori Bagai is an angel! I was the classic «terrified of the dentist» chicken who used to cry just sitting in the chair. Then I found Dr. Lori and she changed my dental life! She is funny and caring and uses her skills as a dentist and the latest in technology to make the experience of visiting the dentist more pleasant than you could possibly imagine. Now I laugh my way through my appointments and have a much healthier mouth!
Do yourself a favor and give her a try. you will be glad you did!

I hate going to the dentist, but was pleased with my experience at Dr. Lori’s office. Nice team and comfortable office environment.
