Miklaus Custom Carpet and Floor Care

We live in an apt that has its a recommended carpet cleaning company. We had them clean our carpets (which they left sticky) and had to have them come back and do it again (only to, again leave it sticky).
We found Miklaus Custom Carpets and it only took 1 try to get our carpets clean and sticky free! He left our carpets feeling soft and clean.
He cares about the results, as well as the products he uses on your carpets.
We will definitely be using him again.

I have a tiny six pound long-​haired Chihuahua who pees everywhere on my bedroom and living room carpet. The carpet was disgusting and the smell was horrible. I had been too busy to schedule carpet cleaning when necessary so by the time Jeff came the carpets were a disaster and I was afraid I might have to re-​carpet.
Jeff did an unbelievable job! Not only did he get the pee stains out, he was able to totally eliminate the horrible smell!
I know I am powerless to train my dog to pee on a pad so I have scheduled cleaning sessions with Jeff every three months. I will be able to have clean carpets again because Jeff will handle the problems. Jeff was friendly, professional and fast. I am so glad that I have Jeff as my «carpet man»! He is simply amazing!!!
