excellent service. my driver side mirror broke n although it took me quite several trips to the shop, Dennis and Barbara have been really patient and professional while helping me. Barbara even took out of her way n sent email to me for the product I was looking for.
people really help and care = very rare nowadays
these people need to be recognized to stay in business longer.

Great parts and service. I buy most of my parts from here and the people working the counter are very helpful and knowledgeable. They stand by their parts and have good warranties. You can’t go wrong with this store, don’t waste your time any where else!

Everytime I come in here they have a great atmosphere. The two lady’s up front are always helpful and nice and they actually know about parts. I always come here for parts because not only do they have some of the best parts in the industry but they have great customer service. This napa in particular. They always do it right

11am Monday morning — Drop by to buy an Napa oil filter. They said didn’t have one in stock, but they can have one by 1pm same day. OKay, so I bought it, and pick up for will call when I come back. Came back at 1:20pm, oil filter wasn’t there because the other napa store showed one, but they didn’t have it. So they ended up ordering from another store. They said it will be here by 4pm, I came back at 4:20pm. Guess what? NO OIL FILTER! I came back twice for nothing! I will Never use NAPA PART again!
AUTO ZONE is the way to go! pep boy bad customer service too!
