Lived in this complex for about 3 years now. Signing a new lease. I love the staff. Alicia the manager is such a sweetheart. Anything I need done she is on top of it. The complex grounds are very well kept. I think she does an excellent job omaintainaing a clean and quit property. She’s very friendly lovely and professional Also the maintanance guy Kevin is awesome. Very professional and always working hard. There a great team. Absolutely recommend this to anyone in the neighborhood thats looking for a quiet place to enjoy orange county living

I lived here for only 1 year with my daughter after moving from Chicago. We loved living here. We had a 2 bedroom apartment that was in the back facing the nature center. Very quiet except certain mornings when you could hear the band playing at the high school (we loved that) The management was wonderful. Alicia was so kind and helpful and recommended which schools were best and safety of neighborhoods around us. She was such a blessing. I would recommend any one to live here!

One of my friends lives here so I can’t comment about the quality of the management staff. The units have your typical layout but spacious enough. Parking does not look like it is an issue but trying to get out during rush hour can be difficult. Don’t even bother trying to make a left across Chapman!
