Really great customer service! I haven’t been in a role before where I have to design and order brochures so I was struggling, but Sahara was extremely helpful. I got stuck and she set up a Skype call so I can see her computer screen and she navigated me through the process on how to use InDesign and Illustrator to create the brochure, which was way beyond what I was expecting. There was a very quick turnaround on the product too. I should also mention that their prices were LESS THAN HALF what I was quoted by another company. Overall, excellent experience with Promo Supply House.

We had a last minute situation for shirts for a race we were sponsoring and tried a few other printers and promotional companies. The only one’s who were willing to go that extra bit to help us was Promo Supply House. Although it was a tight deadline, they pulled it off and even hand delivered the shirts to the race to make sure they arrived on time. I am super impressed with them and highly recommend them.

Seriously, Unilocal needs to offer more stars for me to rate these guys.
My boss at work gave me the most general request for boxes for a holiday campaign we were doing, and it took a couple of weeks to finally get him to like something and go with it. During that time, the entire project changed three times. If I were Sahara, I would have been seriously irritated about all the changes. But she was a true professional and worked with me to get exactly what my boss wanted. Even though we took so long to get a final design approval, she still got our boxes done on-​time.
These guys are the best, and you’ll seriously feel like you’re their only client, that’s how good their customer service is.

Promo supply house is the only promotional product company I will use for my company. The staff is awesome and very helpful, and their pricing is competitive. I always get the best rates when ordering through Promo Supply House. Sahara is great to work with and very on top of it. They also have a fast turn around time for the items.
