I have to wait another HOUR. Nope. You can NOT do PICKUP, Tuesday night. MUST do wait 1 hour delivery. I am hungry NOW. Thought I could drive over to get it in 15 minutes. But no. You HAVE to do delivery and pay the delivery surcharge plus wait an hour. Won’t honor coupons. Hate you.

This is bad pizza. Watery, overly-sweet sauce. Flavorless crust. Overpriced. Salad bar was sad & neglected. But that wasn’t even the worst part. For the duration of our meal, we overheard the staff complaining loudly about their salaries and the owner’s recent menu price increases as a result of the upcoming minimum wage increase. It sounds like almost everything on the menu went up $ 1.00 — $ 2.00. Cheap owner using cheap ingredients to make crappy pizza. Please go somewhere else.

Worst service ever… Went to this place to watch the football game and play some games but most the games were broken and then when they say they close at 930 we had the manager tell us they were closed at 840 and to leave and he shut the tv off while the game was in overtime. We were the only customers there bought 2 pizzas and a pitcher of beer and we were even playing the few games that did work there. Absolutely disgusting place with horrible service. will never go back.

Unilocal challenge 2015310⁄365 Easily one of the best quick pizza lunch buffets around, located at Katella and Tustin. For about $ 8.00 you get AYCE pizza, bread sticks and salad bar. I used to frequent this buffet often when I worked in Orange. The only bad thing is, this buffet is a magnet for construction workers who have a bottomless pit. When you see them come in, drop what your eating and run to get more pizza before they take it all. I am serious, they dont care about your tummy, why should you be polite to their tummy? Service here is good. They take requests for the buffet pizza. If your not into buffets they sell pretty good lunch specials, pizzas and cheesy breadsticks. It’s not the best pizza, but for chain pizza its YumARooyie! #785

The pizza is great but the service is the worst I order a extra large pizza and they deliver a large I call back and not even an apology Some times I rather pay little more for a good pizza but if you going to throw away $ 30 for pizza is better buy the $ 5 pizza and throw away just $ 5 or $ 10

Ordered Pizza was given the wrong pizza and then on top of that she tried to argue with me and after two hours still didn’t get my pizza and had to call and they said they didn’t have the address and they were waiting for me to call when I had already had gave the address smh! Can you say worse customer service? I Even had to drive down there !! Only the delivery guy was nice everyone else I had a problem with and they even have attitude!!! They need to find nice and new employees that actually care about they’re job and not people that do not even want to work there ! And they need a new manager as well…

Had dinner here last week. Paid $ 30 and some change to get food poisening. All four of us got sick after we ate the bbq chicken pizza. The place is very outdated and the service is bleak. Not paying for this food again, I will stick to the Round Table off of Baker and Fairview… way better quality and much better customer service.

Went there today. Came home with the turds. Had the bbq chicken pizza, garlic twists, and a soda. All four of us that ate the pizza got sick so I know it just wasn’t me. Don’t think I’ll eat there again. Been there b4 didn’t have a problem. I felt sick b4 I left. Everyone else got sick when we went home. Not sure if it’s a sanitary issue or what… but turd city. Didn’t have any issues when we had the same pizza at the Costa mesa location.

I called this last Monday night to order some pizzas for my exhausted family. We have been dealing with a family emergency and just needed from quick food. I called at 8:05PM and was put on hold. When my call was finally taken I was asked if I wanted delivery or pickup. I said delivery! The person on the line explained to me that I would need to come pick up the pizza if I wanted it. The delivery driver had just left and wouldn’t be back for 30 minutes, meaning my order wouldn’t get to me until around 9 o’clock. I said that was fine, I just didn’t want to leave the house. The person on the line said that it is close to closing time and that it would be better if I picked it up. So I straight up asked if they would deliver the pizzas to me or not, I was prepared to spend $ 50 or so dollars on pizza, the reply was no, we will not be doing any deliveries and that if I wanted the pizza I would have to come get it. I promptly hung up, baffled and frustrated. Do not call if you want a pizza delivered after 8 o’clock, apparently they don’t deliver after that.

This place used to be awesome. Alma… where did you go? Ever since you left, the pizza is WAY too saucy and the customer service is rough. When my husband tried to address the sudden excess in sauce(we eat here regularly) he was faced with major attitude and reluctance to acknowledge the problem… when I say too much sauce, I mean we couldn’t see the cheese there was so much. We continued to return for a few more weeks, thinking maybe we just got a bum couple of pizza’s, but nothing has changed. Round table was our favorite place, but we just can’t do it any more.

I writing this review to let everyone know what bad customer service is and why I will never return to this round table. I presented the manager with a coupon for a large single topping pizza for 14.99. The manager told me the coupon expired 10 days before I presented it. I explained the same store sells a large triple play for 15.99 to no avail. I’ve been going to this store for more than 20 years with my family and grand kids spending more on arcade games than food. By the way I was charged $ 20 for my large pepperoni pizza. I will not return to this store. Keith M

After returning from a long day out of town we decided to call in an order for pick up. We ordered a large Maui Zaui and had requested that no pineapple on one side(due to food allergies) but to have that added to the other side. The girl said it would be an extra charge in which I felt was completely ridiculous due to the fact we weren’t requesting any extra product. We picked up our pizza and it was ready at the time promised. When we got home and opened it there was a long black hair baked into the cheese layer of the pizza… completely disgusting! We did not have the time or energy to drive back down and wait for another pizza to be made. What a waste of $ 25. We will not be returning to this location ever.

Being a vegetarian and going to a buffet can be difficult because they never have veggie pizza. I always have to request and wait a while. This was my first time at Round Table Pizza buffet. The food was decent and the pizza wasn’t half bad. For the price, I would rather go to Shakeys because they have more choices in pizza and a lot more choices in foods. Also is busier so you know you will get fresh food.

Lemme start off by saying the food is good. My wife and I love Round Table. While it is more expensive than other places we think its worth it. I’m actually surprised I’m rating a Round Table Pizza below a 5. That said, 2 times now we have received gift certificates from friends. Both times we have used them we’ve been told we can’t use it along with a coupon. Gift certificates are the same as cash, just another method of payment. We’re not trying to stack coupons. But both times have required a phone call to a manager or owner that is not in the store. Another thing about the gift certificates is that they will not let you use part of it. Each gift certificate we have received has been $ 50. While the pizza is a little more expensive, $ 50 of pizza is a lot. We don’t want cash back we just want a gift certificate for the difference. But they won’t do it, it’s all or nothing. The employees are a little rude and I’m guessing its because they are understaffed. There is usually only one person at the front and handling phones, and one person making pizza. As much as we love Round Table and this is just down the street from us, we’ll probably just go to the one in Huntington Beach from now on.
