Eli Amoyal, the owner of record for Royal Fireplace Mantels, is a very likeable guy and I truly believe he sincerely intends to deliver a top quality product and customer service. Any small business has its challenges, however, a person should be completely prepared to go it on their own in such a business endeavor. Our mantel had to be installed twice due to excessive cracking, and still today it has developed more cracks. And of course, today Eli is nowhere to be found. So if you’re shopping out in the market for a cultured stone fireplace mantel and you hear the name Eli Amoyal… RUN… like you just saw a bus coming at you!

Do not buy from this company, after collect the payment, won’t come back for service. I have been calling them for more a week, they will not answer my phone call. Bought 2 fireplace mantel and both had cracks on it

Buyers beware. This company recently changed its name from Elegant Fireplace Mantels to avoid the negative backlash of pending Contractors Board investigations for operating without a contractor’s license and/​or using someone else’s number. They installed three fireplace mantels in our home and within 2 weeks, these mantels began failing. They will all need to be replaced. Additionally, we had to spend approximately $ 2500 repairing other damage they left to our home during demolition/​installation.
