We needed our Home inspected as pert of Escrow and Dick Seay was recommended to us by our Realtor. He did an awesome job! Not only did he go over every square inch of the property; but he put together a detailed report with pictures of each issue or non issue and emailed us a PDF with all findings. When we arrived he had been inspecting the home for two hours; and he took the time to walk us through the home and show us where everything pertinent was located. (Water shut off, fire dept shutoffs, gas gauges and so on…) he even made suggestions on how to replace small items that will save us a headache in the future! (EX: a drip valve on the water heater to reduce sediment accumulation). This is our first home purchase and Dick made the process a little easier. I would recommend him to anyone!
PS– After the process was completed and he was paid; he still responded to emails clarifying his suggestions. Great guy!
