Placed an order with them, and literally had to go to the store four times to get it worked up correctly. This was in connection with one of their employees making a completely incompetent appraisal of my needs, even though he did an on-​site evaluation of those needs. Later, when I still wasn’t happy with the end results, I took a loss on the purchase (s) in question, because their response was, «You bought it, we’re not taking it back.» I have used another local building supply company, and had no problems like these at all. Won’t be stopping by this place again soon.
