Signarama

The outside doesn’t say «signarama» anywhere so it’s kinda hard to find…
We walked in and the only employee was on the phone, sitting behind a counter holding a dog (I’m a dog lover but considering it isn’t a dog-​related business, it seemed unprofessional and out of place) and didn’t acknowledge us when we walked in. It smells like cigarettes inside also. When we asked about printing, he had to call somebody else and mumbled to us it would be a few minutes to even speak to somebody who can tell us if they can print what we need… We sat down and waited awhile before somebody came.

One day I went in to pick up a sign and because I was taking care of my dying father, I was a little scattered in my thoughts but he was very patient with me. He even got me some signs I knew I would need down the line but hadn’t had the wherewithal to order. So cool… so go in, have a chat and tell Bobby he’s awesome for me!

These guys are awesome! They really saved me at a time when I was freaking out! I had a booth for an industry trade show at the Anaheim Convention Center and I had planned everything out to be perfect. Unfortunately, my airline wasn’t on board with me. Upon arriving at LAX, I found out that the packages with the signage for my booth were missing. The airline couldn’t provide any answers about when or if the packages would be found. My mind was racing a million miles an hour because without the signs and banners for my booth there was no way I could demo our products. I start going through Unilocal to find a sign maker nearby to where I’m staying. After calling a couple stores, who said there is no way they can make signs in 24 hours, I wanted to scream and cry.
I finally got in touch with Bobby at Signarama near where I was staying in Orange, and explained my situation. He was empathetic to what I was going through and said he would stay late to get these done by the afternoon the next day. Even though Bobby reassured me that the signs would be done, I was still worried because everything was riding on getting these printed. I can’t say that I slept well, but when I woke I immediately called the store to get an update. I was told the sign would be done in 2 hours. I drove to the store and almost cried. The signs were perfect and just like the originals I had. These guys really came through and I don’t know what I would have done without them. I highly recommend them if you need a sign or banner!

I drove by and noticed the owner Bobby yelling at a customer for some reason, and didn’t want the same treatment as that customer and just walked out. The owner is scary and from what it sounded like is very rude. You will have better experience at Costco. I will never go here again.

The guy that works here is rude and not too helpful. His name is Bobby and he was helpful the first time but the second time I came in, he figured that I wasn’t going to buy anything :(
