Don’t go here often but when I have it’s always good. Keep up the great work.

This location has severe customer service issues. I placed my mobile order and waited 7 minutes. No drink. I went up to the pick-​up counter and was ignored for another 4 minutes. A barista placed a drink on the counter for someone else and did not acknowledge me at all. Absolutely no eye contact made. I finally had to shout out «is there a mobile order coming?» in order to get someone’s attention. The reply? A smarmy «No. Our printer is broken. What did you order?» No apology. No sense of urgency. No concern for the customer. Very poor execution of customer service. Not what I expect from Starbucks. Why 2 stars instead of 1? Because the smarmy barista made my difficult drink PERFECTLY! Still no apology though.

Sometimes they’re great and sometimes not so much. They have a drive thru that’s pretty fast except I get the wrong order every 4^th time. I don’t always have time to go back and it’s infuriating. Alternatively, when they get it right it’s great! You never have to wait too long in line. They are open early and close late and right by the 57 Fwy. The staff is always real nice also. Take a minute to check your order even in you’re in a rush in the drive thru.

I come to this Starbucks to order a double shot espresso on my way back cycling from Newport Beach. TODAY, I was told I can’t bring my S-​Works Tarmac SL4 inside. Bicyclists know this bike costs more than many of the cars outside the door. Glad to take my money as long as I leave. Not happy Starbucks Corp.

Great place for a pit stop when cycling on SART! Honda Center — Also walking distance from Honda Center

This location also has a drive-​through, outside tables and plenty of snacks as well as all the regular latte and frappé drinks

Interior is clean with space to bring my bike and tables to read

Let’s keep it real. Starbucks is overpriced but it’s so damn good it’s hard to stay away. If you go to Starbucks a few times a week like myself, it starts adding up. Here’s a tip for those who want to ball on a budget.
The next time you go have the Baristas make you an Iced White Chocolate Mocha or Iced Pumpkin Spice.

I enjoy going to this location because it has a convenient drive thru, it’s not as busy as other Starbucks locations, the Baristas are cool and they get my order right. The one time they made a mistake on my order, they fixed it right away and offered a freebie for the inconvenience.
It’s also in a great location with plenty of parking. Right across the way is the movie theater and a few restaurants.

About to hit the freeway headed north and I needed my PSL fix so I was happy to see that this place had a drive-​thru but damn was it slow!
What’s the point of offering up a drive thru if you’re going to be slow??? #SMH
If you want to be inside, like I recently was for a meeting, it’s not bad. There’s lots of parking. There’s lots of seating. And service is faster inside vs outside. You can even sit outside but you’re just staring at a dead space. I don’t recommend it plus it’s not shaded so that’s even worse. Unless you want a tan, be my guest.
Drinks are well made but they really need to work on that drive thru or hire faster people.
