I called Ron Potts for a kitchen appliance repair after seeing his good Unilocal reviews. I was very pleased with his service. Very nice man, and very knowledgeable, he will be my first call whenever I am in need of appliance service.

Just moved in my place which the builder only used whirlpool appliances. The builder installed the microwave with a huge scratch in the instrument panel.
Called Whirlpool said one of the closest repair would be Ron Potts.
Doreen (part of the Ron Potts team) kept me in the loop about when the part came in & The times available to install… they definitely worked with my busy schedule.
Ron came out to my place on time and also checked all my other appliance to make sure it was working correctly.
Will use him again for my repairs.

Ron Potts is an honest and reputable repairman. I have used him for years for my appliances and highly recommend him, a really good guy. There are several other reviews that were very good but don’t show up unless you look for them. I think it’s because the reviewers forgot to click on the stars above.

Ron is a good guy. My newer washing machine would no longer spin dry. Ron was there within a day and took a shot at diagnosing the problem. He was clear and concise about what my issue was. I will not hesitate to call him about any appliance problems. He has become my «go to» guy.

Needed my garage fridge fixed, saw Ron’s add on Craigs list and gave him a call. A very nice guy and he figured out the problem over the phone. I knew then he was the man to fix my fridge. Came over and confirmed his phone diagnosis, ordered the part and came back a couple of days later and hooked me up. I couldn’t be more pleased and the price was reasonable.
