KFC

This place is so gross. The floors are gross and there’s always stuff on the tables. The employees there don’t even wear gloves while handling food. I ordered a chicken little tonight, looked back to see if she was done and there she was making it with no gloves on. I was more than slightly disgusted. Did I mention they have a fruit fly problem as well?

This business does not even deserve a single star. As with many other reviewers we have come in the evening only to be told that they are out of chicken. How the hell does a chicken «restaurant» run out of chicken!?!
Have shown up 30 minutes before closing to be told but they are closed and I have witnessed staff changing in the corner of the restaurant to begin their shift, and on another occasion watched somebody run their hands through their hair multiple times before handling my food. Obviously we did not eat that night, and refuse to go back again.
I don’t understand how corporate could allow such an atrocious excuse for a business to continue running like this with their name stamped on it. One would assume that after this many reviews with all of the same types of complaints, that KFC may have the smarts to do something about it. But obviously customer service is not their focus, as when I called to make a formal complaint with corporate they seems like they could care less.

Worst KFC ever. Went there last night at 9:40 (they close at 10) and the two girls suppose to be working were out back sitting on the ground smoking. We drove through the drive thru, waited, got no response so drove around to the two girls and asked if they were still open and they told us no that they were closed TWENTY MINUTES EARLY. Okay. So tried to go there again tonight. This time around 8:50, a whole hour before closing. Not only did they tell us they were out of chicken and the only way we could get our 8 piece bucket was to get an assortment of what they had left. Then they got our order wrong as they read it back to us to cash us out. Then as we waited we proceeded to watch them laughing and running around throwing chicken at each other (no wonder they are always out of chicken) and then last minute they tell us that they are also out of biscuits that we had ordered. Basically the foods shitty and the service is even shittier.

Horrible service. So first of all when I walked in their empoyees where talking about they don’t want to be there and it’s too hot. Then the bathroom door is locked so you can’t get inside without a key. Inside the bathroom is awful there are small bugs flying. It’s disgusting. Don’t think I’ll be going there again. And as I’m writing now. One of their employees is changing her cloths in the corner of the restourant to go to work. Wow

Ordered 2 chicken littles. Got them in about two seconds. They were super hot bread too took a bite and bread was rock hard and dry. Chicken was dry as well. The mayonnaise had completely soaked into bread and pickles stained the chicken green. They must have been sitting for hours. Went back through drive thru and they replaced them. I asked the girl to throw away the two old ones. She said no and that I could drive around get out of my car and throw them away myself. I said I’ll just leave them right here and set them by the window. She said I won’t take them through the window. As I drove away she picked up the bag and threw it away. I guess she could.
Oh and the replacement ones were pretty bad as well. Very dry. I’ll never come back to this KFC. And I suggest you don’t as well.

Didn’t have half the items we wanted.

Spoke with Joyce, the manager at the lower OC KFC and shared with her my experience with food that I received towards closing time a couple months ago. I ordered almost $ 30 worth of food, took it home and none of the food was edible. The chicken littles buns and chicken were hard and gross. The bits of chicken in the Famous chicken bowl were hard and gross. She said there was nothing that she could do to compensate me for it because I did not call in that very same night and she barely apologized!

Service friendly and prompt. I was disappointed when I saw bucket of chicken I ordered. Drumsticks looked half eaten.
Just bone. Too far to drive back to say something. Will go elsewhere next time.

KFC is what it is. Mass produced food served in plastic dishes. Where I work, there’s not a whole lot of options for lunch. Especially cheap lunch. KFC isn’t really that cheap, but I only go on Monday’s when they offer a great lunch deal.
I don’t know if they offer this deal at every KFC, but for $ 3.99, you can get a Thigh and leg meal with a biscuit and two sides and a drink! And if you don’t feel like a soda, you can get a buck off.
I know you’re probably saying to yourself, «Isn’t that what the food should be worth to start off with? Why would anyone want to pay 7 dollars for a sub-​par fried chicken meal with ultra shredded lettuce coleslaw?»
And I completely agree. But I haven’t found a lunch for 3 dollars anywhere else near my work that fills me up. So that is why I visit every monday. They have a chicken fried steak deal on Tuesdays, but that terrifies me.
Oh, and it’s also directly next to the Oregon City Transit Center, so that’s good for you if you’re taking Trimet southward, but possibly bad for you if you want to dine-​in with all the ruffians.
