Pioneer Ridge Apartment

We love this place! The apartments are so nice! The maintenance team is always there as soon as we need anything fixed. Also, the front office staff/​management are always so nice and friendly! This is one of the best apartment complexes by far.

The management here is great, and so is the maintenance staff. Unfortunately the place is built on a wetland so there are nutria and stray cats everywhere. You also don’t get to use the grass for any of the rainy season because it turns into a mucky swamp. The neighborhood and locations are pretty good but the worst part about this place is the parking. You get one parking spot and besides that there are about 4 open parking spots that are shared between the rest of each building. Is often impossible to find parking anywhere near your apartment. And if you have a car that is bigger than a small sedan, you will usually not fit into your reserved spot. Especially if the people on either side of you drive large cars and leave you minimal room. It’s a little thing, but it is incredibly inconvenient to not be able to park near your own apartment unless you work off hours when other people are gone.
