As a wedding officiant, I have performed weddings at just about every venue in the Metro area. I can honestly say that The Tumwater Room is one of my favorites. The view of the Willamette Falls can’t be beat! The service is friendly and professional. The vaulted ceilings and tons of natural light makes every event look elegant. I’ve hosted Holiday parties, weddings, retirement parties, elopements, planning committee meetings and networking meetings at this venue. Each event ran smoothly and was enjoyable. There is plenty of parking and a wonderful Museum of the Oregon Territory on the 2nd floor that is open to guests. This place has it all. Even though they welcome outside caters, my favorite has been their in-​house company which is Alimenti Catering and also desserts by Cookies, Cupcakes & More. I hope to perform many more weddings there this year. Yesterday’s was fantastic!
