Bottom line up front, I would never recommend using this company. My experience with them was very unprofessional.
We had a Saturday event for which we rented 3 tables and 24 chairs. The rental agreement you sign with this company states, «Deliveries/​setups will be Wednesday-​Friday for weekend events. Pickups will be Sunday-​Wednesday for weekend events». Most people having to work M-F/9−5, obviously would have a hard time with this. For the delivery I made arrangements with their office for a delivery at certain time. After two hours waiting around for the delivery I contacted the company. Basically they forgot about the delivery and were two and a half hours late and cost me additional time off from work.
When the company tried to make a pickup without notifying me, they tried to charge me an additional $ 30 beyond the $ 60 dollars I already paid for delivery and pickup. Mind you, that was even after I got a hold of them the same day and they got their property the same day and within the agreements of the contract. Response from Rick Kerns, Bucky Rentals Executive Manager/​Event Planner, was, «The contract said pick up Monday or Tuesday it didn’t say anything on the contract about calling before pick up». Dealing with Rick became a pissing-​match.
I should also add that contacting the company was a pain in the butt. Half the time you call the office, your call will be picked up by a fax machine. Drivers will use personal cell phones to contact you which is disconcerting if you value your privacy. The day of pickup I made 7 attempts to try to get a hold of someone.
I would NEVER ever recommend using this company. Again, I only rented 3 tables and 24 chairs. I couldn’t imagine dealing with them for a large special event such as a wedding! Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Staff was great organizing a small wedding this past summer on short notice! Delivery, set up, take down and pick up! Staff were awesome!
