Initially they did a fantastic job on my house. They were paid in full with the knowledge that there were a few remaining projects that had been paid for but were not completed because the items to be hooked up had not yet arrived. Now that they have arrived I have made no less than 5 phone calls requesting that the job be finished. One questioned that there was anything left even though it was on the bill and the list that Will had written up as far as items that needed to be purchased prior to completion of the install. So after 5 or 6 calls to have the work completed I have received not a single call back, and at this rate will be forced to hire another electrician to do the work that they were already paid to do. Very disappointed after what seemed to be a responsive company that did good work and received a rather large amount of money to do it!
