Never made it out of here with less than an hour wait time. Only provider I can find after hours that isn’t an instacare or e.r. though. Bring a book!

I really love it here and still make the drive all the way down from north salt lake because I love Christine Broken-Leg ! She is comfortable to be around, answers all of my questions and does not frown upon my vaccination choices. I make the calls and she advises. Great front desk staff, fantastic nursing staff and awesome doctors!

We were very impressed with this office. Our Dr. was Mitchell Adams and we loved him. We’ve since moved and we miss them! We had to take our daughter in after hours a few times and we liked how easy it was to get in(the different Dr’s take turns and just hang out at the clinic during the times they’re on call). They also are careful with the vaccinations they give. They only give the one’s that have the lowest amount of aluminum, and other chemicals. I guess all of the IHC pediatricians are contracted to give certain vaccinations and they are all of the one’s that have the most aluminum and other chemicals. They keep up with their research. Recommend them!

This practice first priory above all else is money, rather than the welfare of your kids. I had to bring my child in on the weekend because they were really sick. I was asked to bring them back 2 days later to have make sure they were doing well. So what was a very quick visit 2 days later that could have been done over the phone cost me an extra co pay after I already paid a double co pay because of the weekend. Some might call that a standard practice but it sure is not right.

Since my daughter was born a bit over 18 months ago we have been to the doctor numerous times. Because we travel a lot and we have moved a few times we have been to see pediatric doctors in 3 different states(California, New York, and Utah). The best of the best is right here in Utah, and that is Utah Valley Pediatrics. Laurie Anderson is who my daughter sees when we take her in. Laurie is great, she is soooooooo good with my daughter. She really knows kids very well. Parents know that when you take your kid in that the doctor or nurse practitioner has to do things that kids hate, like sticking that thing in the kids ears, checking their throats, etc. Laurie has all of that down to a science and is the best we have seen. Laurie is a nurse practitioner and someone we trust and have all the confidence in the world in her abilities. She is really great! Utah Valley Pediatrics in general is great because of the after-hours clinics, which we have used several times. There is nothing worse than seeing your little person upset and in pain and it’s after 5pm. We pay the normal doctor office co-pay and my daughter receives excellent care, we really couldn’t ask for anything more than that. The staff at the office we go to is top notch. The nurses are always very nice and we rarely have to wait more than 5 minutes to be seen. On one occasion my daughter woke up and seemed to be in a lot of pain and discomfort and they got us in immediately and we waited all over 30 seconds after signing in. We didn’t change doctors for our daughter after moving from Orem to Midvale because we really like Utah Valley Pediatrics that much. It’s worth the drive because the care is top notch, the service is excellent, and it’s worth it to know that our daughter is well taken care of.
