Dan Clancy put me in my first home and I cannot recommend his skills as a Realtor highly enough.
The entire process was completely new to me, but Dan took the time to baby me through it. He understood my concerns as a a first time home buyer and he took his time to address each one… often, even before I could ask. He exhibited an in depth knowledge of the local market, especially as it related to my individual needs. Because of his guidance, I am confident when it comes time to sell, I will see a positive return on my investment.
What I was able to afford did not amount to much of a commission check for Dan, and, although he knew this would be the case going in, he still went to great lengths to walk me through an exhaustive hunt until we found a home that was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT for me. Through Dan’s efforts, my new home has everything I was looking for in terms of location and amenities… and it was 100% within my price range. No small feat!
I cannot thank Dan enough for all that he did, and I cannot begin to tell you how strongly I recommend his services.
