Worst customer service experience, Today I went into this UPS location with my elderly family members, and the women behind the counter was nothing but rude and inpatient to them. She was demanding and said a lot of rude comments to them. I later called to speak with a manger because of how my family was treated and how the employees should be a little more understanding with older people, and offer more help. Turns out the rude lady was the OWNER. She raised her voice at me, and began to tell me how that she understands why I’m complaining because«Christmas brings out the worst in people» blaming me for this situation. Then provided to raise her voice at me, and hung up the phone. — safe to a corporate complaint was filed, and my family will NOT be returning to this location–

I contacted this UPS store after buying three items from Midwest Auction Galleries. I needed my 3 items pick up and ship to me in California. I called and spoke to Bryan at this ups store. His attitude was curt, rude, and dismissive. I called the auction company just down the street, they informed me that they do not recommend that ups store because they are rude to their customers. I would never use this particular ups store. I wish to give them ZERO star if I could on Unilocal

Terrible customer service!!! the first time I dropped off a pre-boxed package, the first thing out of the women’s mouth was what’s in the package? I found this to be sort of objectionable as I have never been asked this by any other shipping place. I told here what is was and she grabbed the package and said your all set, and I left. I thought now she knows what’s in the package and could steal it and I would be non the wiser. The following week I brought another package to this same women, and of course the first thing out of here mouth was, what’s in the package, I decided to push back a little and asked can I have a receipt, she again pushed what’s in the package, I asked, why do you need to Know and the two workers both replied in unison ITSTHERULES! WOW I’m feeling the customer love in this place, and she begins to tell me of another customer who LIED about what she was shipping, and I asked how did you know, and she stumbled to make up a story that the women wanted extra packaging and they opened the box and it was rum going to China… What…

Owner incredibly rude. I take a box in every month to be taped up and sent out. They charge $ 2 for this service. Apparently this woman believes that I’m not entitled to common courtesy and good customer service, because I only spend $ 2 a month. She all but admitted this to me when I confronted her about her rudeness. Then she told me not to come in anymore, and to go to the Pontiac store to have it shipped. I said fine, and asked for my $ 2 back. She REFUSED. Treated me like dirt, told me she doesn’t get any money from my business, told me not to come back, and then REFUSED to return my money. «I already taped it.» That was her reasoning. The WORST customer service I have ever received, anywhere. I have been using this store for this simple service for almost 2 years. I have always been given a friendly greeting, friendly service, and usually even nice small talk. Not from the owner. Not today. She also accused me of coming in with a chip in my shoulder. Nothing could be further from the truth. My dog just had serious surgery. I just got him back, and he’s doing great! I spent this morning walking with him outside. This is one of the nicest days I’ve had in 6 months. Until that woman ruined it. I don’t spend enough? Well, I run a $ 6 million per year business. She can rest assured that I will NEVER spend another dime there.
