I went to see doctor Melissa Pradhan for a broken foot. She had me limp down to get an X-​ray instead of having someone help me with a wheelchair, she told me she would call me back within 2 hours, that was 10 HOURS AGO and 2 phone calls! I am ready to go to the emergency room for help! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO SEE HER! She was very unprofessional.

My husband needed a referral. It was such a hassle just to get one. It took one (1) month to get a referral because the dumb idiots there DID NOT KNOW HOW TO PUT ONE THROUGH INTO THE IRMA SYSTEM. Incapable of doing their job. Should they have a job???

HER FRONT OFFICE GETS ZERO STARS!!!
Every time I call there, I’m put on eternal hold. Sometimes I’ve waited up to 13 minutes after the initial stupid recording.
And every time I complain, Nothing changes.
They are sooooo unprofessional.
Especially Eva… full of excuses as to why it’s so hard for someone to answer the phone in a timely fashion.
Glad I wasn’t bleeding…
I would’ve bled to death.
I really wish she would fire all the front office people, or change her office location.
