The bottom line is the company did not do what it quoted me. I specifically asked during the quote over the phone if they moved couches while cleaning the carpet. I was assured they would. When I returned from work on cleaning day I discovered that the couches were not moved, thus only a portion of the job completed. When I asked the owner for an explanation, I was told it was «an executive decision» not to move the couches due to the many things they had to shift around in the room. Really? You as a consumer deserve better than this. Move on!

My carpets look great. We have had a few drinks spill on our metal coffee table and cleaned them up. Months later, there were rust stains on our carpet. Confidence got all the rust up as well as the normal dirt that our girls track through here. The carpets look almost look new and they are 5 years old.
