A few years ago, I would have given this store a five-​star review, but since this became a company store rather than family owned, there has been a continual decline in quality, service, and support. I have had problems with custom orders especially and they were not resolved. The in-​house decorator I used was not at all helpful. I will never make a purchase at this location again, and if I were you, I would spend my dollars elsewhere.

I used a GroupOn to order a custom upholstered chair. It took over 3 months to arrive, well beyond the initial estimate that was quoted at the time of ordering. This was probably Ethan Allen’s fault, not Morrison’s, but it was still extraordinarily annoying, hence docking them one star.
