Taylor Rental Party Plus

We found this place because we were looking for chiavari chairs. Although we ended up not renting the chairs through Taylor Rental, we did rent our linens from them. Taylor rentals is a «middle man.» They work with other vendors and deliver everything you need on the day of. They were really fantastic, they worked with us and delivered the linens to our hall, gave us re-​packing instructions, and then picked up the linens the next day. The linens arrived steamed and wrinkle free and looked fabulous. They were very easy to work with! We changed our minds on the linens we wanted, as well as quantity, last minute and they were able to accommodate us! We ordered high boys, wine carafes, sashes for the high boys, purple napkins, silver linens, and purple linens. Our reception looked absolutely stunning.

Horrible! Searching for «Columns» for my wedding. Found these «columns» on their website and I called. As soon as someone answers, they put me
on hold for a 8 minutes. When someone finally picks up, I ask and they tell me they don’t carry the columns. How can you not carry something that is on YOUR website. Lady on the phone told me that they deal with a different company. I told her that she should take the columns off their website. She told me that she has no control over that.
So unprofessional, not very pleasing and they don’t have the items you need that you find on their website. Wish I could not leave any stars.
