I was so happy that Adlib Theatre opened and provided an opportunity to learn long form improv in Orlando! I am an actor and have been wanting to take improv classes for a while. Long form improv has been the perfect fit for what I am looking for. The scene work and relationship building that you learn is invaluable as an actor. Plus, it is a lot of fun! Lauren Morris is an amazing teacher who has a true passion for improv. She keeps the classes small which provides for great personal attention and tons of practice. Lauren also guarantees students lots of stage time which is important for an improver. Adlib holds shows most Saturdays. I highly recommend Adlib Theatre!

So happy to finally see a theater dedicated to long form here in Orlando. Adlib focuses on the form The Harold but they do other types of shows like a Jam Night or Duo Night. Adlib is really into giving people opportunities for the stage time they want!
They have classes that focus on scene work for long form but if you’ve never done improv don’t be discouraged! They welcome newbies and veterans alike.
The venue is intimate and the shows are a nice way to spend a Saturday.

Love Adlib! Very comfortable environment. Lauren is an excellent and supportive teacher. She offers suggestions and really gets you thinking about how to improve your character and relationships. As far as I know, this is one of the only long form improv schools in Orlando which teaches the Harold. There are so many opportunities to perform in front of an audience and hone your improv and/​or performance skills! Don’t be intimidated if you’ve never tried improv before, everything goes and you will feel right at home here!
